I negotiated a new car lease within the last week. I really had to go back and forth on the final numbers with one sales staff member and one Management member. Like all dealerships, they start out with high numbers and if you are lucky, the numbers come down in your favor. I told my salesperson that my new car has to have the "exact" same options as my old car, I was told that the car I agreed to lease was just that. It isn't, actually!!! Yes, there are some features on the new one that the old one did not have on it. However, two important things I specifically were told by my salesman are not on the new car. I did not ask about them specifically, but he told me they were on the car. They are the R.A.B. and the Harmon Kardon radio. This was told to me while were were in his office.
