Cameron was very personable from the get go! He was ok with my friends checking out the cat with me and asking their own questions. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to, not like other high pressure fast talking situations I've had before. Even when looking at the prices, he answered all our questions and was not in our face about negotiating. On our first haggle, he quickly was able to get us a deal that was in our exact price range on the first try. This is a good and honest salesman that is just interested in getting you a car for the price you want, no pressure and with a friendly attitude.
Mike was very friendly and helped me get my preferences fixed so I didn't get so many appointment reminders. Also, having the nice, quiet area where I could sit and read is so appreciated. No TV, just quiet. Yes! Makes me look forward to my visits as just "me time". Sounds funny, but my life is very hectic!!!

I was treated well, the service was done quickly. I wasn't sure if I made the right/wrong decision by going with the synthetic oil. I don't remember being asked that question before. I was told that synthetic last longer (and cost more). Does that mean synthetic is better for the car or for the company? I was told that the back passenger brake light needed to be replaced for $15, I said ok. Looking over the receipt, I don't see a charge, so I don't know if the bulb was changed or not. The multi-point inspection indicates: 'checked & ok at this time' for interior/exterior bulbs & lights. I will have to have someone watch me hit the brakes to see if the light is working or not. The receipt shows that the oil filter was replaced, but no one showed me the dirty filter. Service advisor:Tony Martinez Tech: Fernando Flores. Needed multiple bulbs replaced, brake lights, etc. Cody, service rep, promised quick service and absolutely delivered. Completely satisfied with quality of work, price, and hospitality. No doubt I'd return to this dealer in the future.
We have purchased 2 used vehicles and 1 new vehicle from Tucson Subaru. It has been a pleasure to work with Gil Warren our sales representative. He helped us find a solid used car when that met our needs and he sold us a new car when that made more sense for us than buying a used one. The reason we first went to Tucson Subaru was we had similar experiences at Tucson Volvo which is owned by the same people. We had purchased a new and used car from them. The character of both dealerships makes it a stress free experience. The experience does not end with the purchase. The service department has been responsive to our needs and always dealt fairly with us.
We purchased a used car as is from Phil Meador Subaru through John Nemire. It was for our daughter who is disabled and needed a car that she could not afford. Two weeks after we bought it the transmission revealed a problem. John went to bat for us and the Sales Manager agreed to split the bill with us even though he did not have to do so. It was a very generous gesture that was much appreciated. We will be back when we need another car.

I was out looking for a car for my son and came across a Mazda 3 on cars.com which led me to the Subaru dealership in Chandler. I was dreading going but pulled up and was met by an amazing car salesman named Tom Darby. He was really nice, not pushy (it must have been a PA trait), and honest, while on my test drive, I told him I was not the type of person to dicker over price so this was what I could afford and if he could help great, if not that was ok. He was amazing to work with and needless to say, my son drove off in that Mazda that evening. Tom Darby and the people at that dealership changed my perspective of buying a car, it was easy and they made it a memorable experience for me and my son. I will definitely do business there again and will tell anyone looking for a new/used car to check them out as well. Thanks again, u all are Amazing!!!
Our salesmen Brian and Finance manager Steve did an amazing job getting us into a brand new vehicle when someone else would even give us the time of day. They didn't push or make us feel like we had to buy and just wanted us to be happy. They got us exactly what we needed and couldn't have done a better job.
