Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
Sales lady was very personable, not pushy and listened to my needs and wants. I was in and out in 2 hours and felt quite comfortable with finance manager as well. He took his time with me to explain everything and answer my questions. I love my new vehicle and am very happy with the deal that I was able to get. I won't go anywhere else :)
Called to see if a remote start was available and when it was an appointment was made and installed in my car in 1 week. I dropped off the car, ran a few errands with my husband and ate lunch and the car was ready when I returned to the dealership.
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.

Salesman Brian Trask was a great help in buying a rare car from out of state. All emails and questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Great customer service, would highly recommend Brian and the Romain team.

My husband and I went to Ferguson’s to look for a late model used pickup recently on a Saturday afternoon. We we able to shop by ourselves without being bombarded by salesmen. At the right time Tim Flusche came out and asked if he could help. He gave us prices on the trucks we were interested in. My husband selected his truck and Tim got the paperwork done quickly and we were on the road. There was no pressure to buy and that’s how we like to shop.
I can???t believe how nicely I was treated. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me while I purchased my new 2019 Suburu Outback. Todd was the salesperson and I would recommend seeing him. Thank you!
Our salesmen Brian and Finance manager Steve did an amazing job getting us into a brand new vehicle when someone else would even give us the time of day. They didn't push or make us feel like we had to buy and just wanted us to be happy. They got us exactly what we needed and couldn't have done a better job.
