Advisor, Nick, was great getting me in on a Saturday. I’m glad he could duplicate the problem. He also arranged a ride for me even though a shuttle doesn’t technically run on Saturdays. The car is under warranty so no issues with costs.
Repairs done promptly. Service area clean. Customers were able to drive vehicle out of the weather and the same was true for the shuttle service. Both the service rep and the shuttle driver were courteous and professional.
I knew what I wanted when I went in, specifically a new car with no options, this is to be a driver's car. All they had to do was find it. I said first color choice silver, second choice white. I got my first choice of color and the closest to no option was fog lights only. This is a safety item so I said ok.
I booked my service online for 37,500 mile. When I dropped my car off that’s what was explained I was getting; however after waiting for almost two hours the service advisor came out to tell me that in addition to the 30,000 mile service they found other things such as 4 new tires, differential fluid, cabin filters etc that needs to be replaced. I don’t doubt that most of that was needed, however I had already had the 30,000 mile service completed previously and when I said that The response was wasn’t that explained to you when you dropped the car off and I said no. This makes me think twice about bringing my car back for service, due to the lack of communication and the lack of response. I don’t feel as if I should have been charged for that part of the repair when it was an error on the service department’s end. I wasn’t expecting to have to leave my car nd although a loaner was provided the whole process took much more of my Saturday then I anticipated.
Alex was our salesman and for how busy he was did a great job for us. Personable, friendly, and quick to find answers to our questions that he couldn???t necessarily answer himself. Thanks Alex. We bought a 2019 Impreza and we love it so far. Saturday is when we went was very busy so it took a while to go through the process and the overall experience. That???s really the only reason this wasn???t 5 starts.
I enjoyed the time and attention given to me at this dealership. Everyone with whom I came into contact was professional, courteous, and helpful. Once I began to work with Alex, he made sure to ask me the right questions about my needs in order to put me into a car with which I am extremely pleased. Thank you, Alex! A VW Beetle was the car that got me through college in the eighties, and it made me appreciate the style, tradition and craftsmanship. I am happy to continue with this family of motor vehicles.

He and everyone in the dealership made me feel like ROYALTY He patiently listened to my concerns about needing a dependable car with a payment that fit into my retired school teacher fixed income. The 2017 Forester I purchased met everyone of my needs. I am one very satisfied customer.

During my last visit to Heritage, she fit me in on a last minute request and manage to get a lot done on my vehicle in a timely manner.
