Used 2019 Subaru Crosstrek for sale in Golden, CO

I was able to get the perfect solution for my daughter AND get it shipped to her in Tennessee. The car arrived while we were still there to make sure all was good. The delivery guy kept me updated on the delivery time and showed up when he said he would.

Bought it new and now 3+ years in has had no problems. Seems quite solid and reliable. A very comfortable, quiet, smooth ride compared to other cars I've owned. I bought it primarily for the utility and active safety features and mostly have not been disappointed. If you like very quick acceleration, however, this is not the car for you. It accelerates fine for my driving style. A few minor gripes about a car I still like: There's no interior light in the hatch area, which makes it difficult to see in the dark. It would be helpful to have door locks that automatically lock when the vehicle is shifted into R or D. Otherwise, you have to lock/unlock the doors using the small switch on the armrest. The driver safety features have already prevented a couple of potential accidents, but are overly sensitive at times. Once I was not able to back out of my driveway because there was a puddle at the bottom with the sun shining on it. The sensors thought it was an object and hit the brakes. It happened a second time until I backed out very slowly over the puddle. Otherwise, the car meets my needs for a small, competent, safe SUV.

i am 78 years old and have owned a lot of new cars and this one by far is the best . fun car to drive .

This is the third vehicle my wife and I have bought from Surefire. We’ve never had any problems with any of them in the years we have owned them. Jake and Tah have always been honest in every transaction and provided auction pictures so I could see what the vehicles looked like before being fixed. They do a great job fixing their vehicles, which is why the salvage title never bothers me. I live 600 miles away in ND but Surefire is and will always be the first place I look when looking for a new vehicle. All three vehicle we have bought have been Subarus but after seeing a Rubicon they had awhile back I’m pretty sure that will be my next purchase. Thanks Jake and Tah, we’ve really enjoyed our Subarus over the years and always look forward to buying a vehicle from you and not having to deal with a stereotypical used car salesman. I always feel like I’m buying a car from an honest mechanic at Surefire, not a snake of a salesman I typically find at dealerships.

This car is perfect in every way! Its got racks, leather seats, great gas mileage, isn't too big or too small, and has great clearance and suspension! I couldn't recommend it any more, it's the best!

I needed a major repair on my Cross Trek, and Rachide made is super easy! My car was towed in, and he sent a Lyft so I could come get a loaner. It just couldn't have been any easier. The last time I had a major service was no different. Haley treated me just as well, and had me out the door quickly. Tom and the guys brought out my ride looking cleaner than its been in months!

I have loved the car from the start. Good pick up and great mileage along with 4 wheel drive. Can't ask for more. Good value

Special thanks to Kevin, the service manager and Mathias Horchreder for replacing my battery terminals immediately, at no charge. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products. They were as always, courteous and took care of it immediately. They did not have the one terminal cable but had it delivered immediately and installed it while I was waiting. That's why I have purchased 3 new cars from Keith Traczynski and have my cars serviced by Mike Shaw Subaru in Thornton, CO. It's nice to see such good service these days.

I love this car - and I've had LOTS of cars. I only have 2 issues with it - #1 - the remote start is only available thru an app on my phone - why not have just a remote key fob?? #2 - it makes an odd noise especially when it rains; when turning - I'll be taking it in for 12K mile service soon - hopefully we can get that figured out. Other than that, I love the way it handles, the comfort and the gas mileage.

I must say, at the start, that shopping for cars is not my favorite thing in life. Past experiences in this arena have ranged from nerve wracking to .... well, nerve wracking. So, since my 2007 Toyota Corolla was totaled by a drunk driver in December, I'd been looking, more than a little stressed and without much success, for another Corolla like it (I loved that car!). Then I happened on an AutoTrek ad for a 2010 Corolla at a price below others I had seen, and within reach financially, given the payoff I'd receive for my old car. I asked for a call back on it and Trung Nguyen, an AutoTrek salesperson, called me back. So began the best car buying experience I've ever had. Trung was just a real person. On the test drive, I got no sales pitch or pressure. Instead, we had a wonderful conversation about life, like real human beings. (In fact, I decided I'd take a longer route on the test drive, just so our talk could continue.) Yet when I asked a question, I got a straight answer. The car was exactly as advertised. In fact, it was better. Trung also took the initiative to inform me of a recall issue still outstanding on the car and then happily called the Toyota service center I deal with to confirm that that outfit would be able to correct the issue, at no cost to me. Truth? I bought the car as much for the fact that Trung and his fellow employees were such real, good people as for the fact that the car was what I wanted for a price I could afford. But here's the kicker: When I said, "I want the car," the real miracle took place: In just a few minutes all the paperwork and other formalities were completed and explained to my satisfaction. No secret charges. Nothing they "forgot" to tell me. I wrote the check, they handed all the paperwork off to me in a nice file folder, and I was on my way. Trung was right, my service center fixed the recall yesterday morning and did a total check on the vehicle. Not a single thing needed attention— exactly what the AutoTrek inspection had reported. And AutoTrek paid for my emissions inspection as well (also passed with flying colors). Thanks, Trung, and thanks AutoTrek, for making a previously stressful experience a surprisingly enjoyable one.

Sam Warren was my used car salesman. He was great to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone...he was caring, considerate and did not try to mess me over like most car salesmen do to a single older woman. Helped me to get and replace my windshield after the deal and had them come to my home as my health is not good. Thank you so much!

I dealt with two absolutely superb salesmen, Dan Tisser and Andrew Latham. Unfortunately, my son did not buy a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer only because he found a pre-owned vehicle he really liked in his appointment at another dealer before going to this dealer. Both of these individuals were extremely cordial; answered all our questions promptly; and were very professional. What a pleasure to deal with Dan and Andrew.

My experience with Schomp began while working with Sam Minnick who negotiated the purchase of my Porsche. It was a great experience and he recommended Dru Larson at their Subaru store as a great salesperson as my wife wa ted a Subaru. He wasn’t wrong as Dru has more than lived up to Sam’s accolades! Stephen was amazing, he was so hopeful and ensured we received the best service with constant communication! He gave us weekly updates about our vehicle, and even went out his way to drop the second keys for our vehicle when another employee took it home with them. We definitely recommend making an appointment with Stephen! The dealership did however lose a star due to other departments (ie the “We Owe” department) lack of communication and absence of providing us information and our accessories within the timeline we were provided.

The salesman, Curtis Hayden, was great. Answered all of my questions and found the right vehicle for my daughter. He kept me informed about the steps coming and the anticipated time of delivery.

Thank you to Kenny Berndt the head Service Manager at Arapahoe Kia for taking the time to explain to me about the Kia Anti-theft software on my 2019 Sportage. It is designed to restrict operation on the vehicles ignition should your locked vehicle be the subject of break-in and theft attempt without the key. I love my Kia, I don’t want to get rid of it and I appreciate everything Kia is doing to prevent theft so I can keep my wonderful vehicle!!
