New and used 2025 Subaru Crosstrek for sale near Fair Plain, MI

1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

Lucas Weir was terrific to work with. We went to Crown for service after such a bad experience with the Huntsville, AL dealership. Definitely worth the extra time to get there! Scheduling was easy. Lucas understood our issues and kept us informed of what was happening. He clearly explained issues but did not push us to make quick, expensive decisions. The waiting area is very comfortable. After such a great experience, we will be returning to Crown for all our maintenance issues. Thank you!

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

There I was, in the dentist's chair, waiting for the Doc. Checking my phone, I noticed a Prius V I had been watching for some time had a recent price reduction. Carlsbad Subaru was nearby so we stopped to have a look. We knew going in the car fit all our parameters: 2015, single owner, 100k miles. We hadn't planned to buy a car that day but we were ready, if the car lived up to expectations. Our sales rep, Sammy, showed us the car and took us out on a test drive. So far so good so we got down to business. Sammy talked us through the purchase process and from there things went smoothly, the only hiccup coming in the form of an insurance hurdle because we are Washington State residents buying a car in California. Once that was sorted out, with sigh of relief, we were on our way with the Prius. The whole process was easy. Sammy was great. It was our first experience with Carlsbad Subaru and it was a good one. Braeden was really kind and I didn't feel like I was being attacked by car salesman vultures. I was really nervous the first time I came in but the second time I felt more confident. I wasn't overly reached out to outside of meeting in person. I've never had a car buying process go so quickly. Will gladly pay a little more than I was offered elsewhere for a smoother more comfortable experience.

We were looking for a Toyota Highlander for many months and when we found one at Janesville Subaru, we were very excited. However, after reading some of the reviews we were hesitant. Excitedly, we drove home with a beautiful 2019 Toyota Highlander.

Johnny and Adam are THE BEST!!!! I bought my first Subaru Forrester there 10 years ago. But my experience today at was.....I have NO words to explain how awesome they both were. They were SO helpful with EVERYTHING. I hated to let my Forrester go, but it was time. 😟 Those are two of the greatest guys OMG.....They had us feeling relaxed. I have never had so much fun buying a car. Both Johnny and Adam had us laughing the whole time. And again, who laughs at a time when you HAVE to get another vehicle. I don't! But I did! Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They had my car done in a very reasonable time. They are very thorough and I appreciate the free carwash.
