I took my 2018 Forester in for state inspection and checkout of steering vibration. The checkout indicated the control arm bushings were bad causing the vibration. Due to this the inspection couldn't be completed. The parts to fix were not on-hand and couldn't be obtained for several days (due to Thanksgiving holidays). When the parts came in they called and an appointment was set up to repair. Since the 90K service was also nearly due, I asked about doing that as well. They arranged for that and since all this would take so long I was supplied with a loaner (a 2022 Forester). I was able to take care of several errands and have lunch before my car was ready. I picked up my car with all repairs, service, and inspections completed. The service manager worked with me to accomadate my schedule in the most hospitable manner. Absolutely the best for timely, quality auto service that I can trust was done right. Also, the cost of the bushing replacement was covered under the extended warranty (less the $100 deductable).

They responded quickly and Samantha was great answering any questions that I had about the vehicle.

The car buying experience usually elicits a fair bit of anxiety from me, but I have to say 5 Star Subaru of Grapevine made my car purchase pretty painless. They are a business and they have to make money, I get that, but "Chief" (my sales consultant) was super easy going and I felt no hint of pushiness or pressure. We worked out a deal I was happy with and I drove away feeling good about it.

Our Salesman Issac had a perfect approach. He gave us space to look at vehicles but was on the spot when we wanted to take test drives. He was knowledgeable about all of the features that each vehicle had or didn't have. He was very patient, and let us take our time picking the perfect vehicle for us. Way to go Issac! I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. Everyone was very polite and professional. The waiting area was warm and comfortable. Interesting magazines including one on archeology. They discovered a problem with one of the lug nuts holding on a tire and corrected that. I thought Tommy, who was managing the department that day, was exceptional. I will definitely come back for service at Ken Ganley!

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! In February 2010, on my way to work, my 2001 Subaru Outback broke down. I had a tow truck haul it and me to #1 Cochran Subaru in Monroeville. Once the mechanic checked it over, I was told that it would cost a lot of money to have it repaired. I had a choice to make. I loved my "Crocodile Dundee" Subaru Outback and didnt want to let it go!!! After talking with my sister-in-law, a friend, and the Service Technicians, I made the decision to buy a new car. The Service Technicians were so nice. I couldn't stop crying, so they bought me lunch and checked in on me throughout the day to make sure that I was doing okay. That's how I came to own a 2010 Subaru Forester. Two Saturdays ago my check engine light, cruise control light, and another light came on. I raced to #1 Cochran Subaru and the Service Technician, Cheyne Brooks, checked it out and said it was okay until he could get me in and have a loaner car ready for me. Yesterday, Monday, October 25, 2022, was the day for me to take my car in to get it checked out. Before I left in my loaner car, a 2022 Forester, I went in to talk to a sales person that I had met months ago, Jamie Bergamasco. I met Jamie when I had stopped in to see if I could get a look at the new Outback Wilderness. I did get to see one and the price tag!!! Jamie remembered me and my name from that day many months ago. I had decided to be proactive regarding my car, rather than reactive. We sat down and talked for awhile. I explained what I needed and why. He listened to me and took a lot of notes. About an hour later, Cheyne called to tell me what was wrong with my car. I listened to him, but I didn't hear what he was saying. What I heard was that it was going to cost me $820.00 then and then a couple of months later I would have to pay around $920.00 for the 150,000 mile maintenance service. After many conversations with my sister-in-law, talking through my options, I decided that the best course of action was to buy a new car. I went back to talk with Jamie regarding my decision. He took the rest of the day helping me to find the right used car for my needs. Jamie made a very stressful process for me less stressful, for which I will always be grateful. I ended up buying a 2018 Quartz Blue Pearl Subaru Forester. I want to thank Cheyne Brooks, a master Service Technician, for all of his assistance on Monday and for all the previous years (and all the coming years). Cheyne, you are the best!!!
