This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

First contact was over the internet. They provided information as well as a very attractive price thousands below MSRP. Sales staff (Jon Lahey) was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not pushy. He patiently listened and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with the dealership and the sales staff.

My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and Jon was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! He was knowledgeable about the year and model. I even took the dealer up on their offer to put a deposit down so the car would be "on hold" while I wait a couple days for my PPI appointment with the mechanic, something I'd never done before. I would happily buy another car from this dealership!

It was easy purchasing the car in person. We were able to do a test drive and explore other car options as well. The sales people took the time to explain the existing warranty and various warranty options. We drove the car home.

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

We bought a vehicle from Harrison Luccock at Wilsonville Subaru and we absolutely love it!!! The staff there was amazing and very friendly. Any issue that arose they handled immediately and professionally . The car we wanted wasn’t available so they gave us “plan B” and we love it!!!! Thanks for being so amazing and if we get another vehicle, we are coming to y’all. As a side note, we went to the Toyota dealer first and their customer service was horrible! I will stick with Subaru!!!

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

I have a 2022 Crosstrek Limited. I think it is overall a great commuter car with average 33MPG. However, I have two issues with this vehicle 1) Seat it took small & uncomfortable if you seat for a period of time and 2) Highway wind noise is pretty loud around 70 db at 65mph.

We purchased a 2021 CPO Ascent on Sunday July 27th. The next day, the A/C failed. We advised the dealer, and they picked it up Tuesday. Needless to say, we were unhappy. It took a few days to diagnose and get fixed. We picked it up yesterday, and all is good. The dealer obtained a wholesale cost 5-year bumper to bumper 105k miles warranty at a discount we are paying off without interest over 10 months. It is the warranty they use regularly. Started out bad, but ended okay.

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.
