He was very knowledgable and honest and took the time to take us around the lot until we found the car we wanted then he showed us all of the car's features and demonstrated them to us on the test drive. I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

She was able demonstrate all the features of the car and sat with my daughter for an extended time, after the sale, to familiarize her with all the controls. She was also very professional and knowledgeable about the sales process. All the information was presented succinctly without a lot of distracting side sale pressure for addons or extras. Caitlin genuinely seemed to enjoy and reflect my daughter's enthusiasm in getting the first car of her own. I would not hesitate to visit Caitlin and Peoria Subaru for my next car purchase. I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.
