We were browsing the market for a small-sized SUV and found a Fiat 500x at Weathers Motors. We contacted the dealership about the car which was recently listed. They responded immediately (within hours). Tom Tague was our contact person. He is extremely polite, professional, and showed us a great deal of respect and went way beyond. Although the car was recently added to their inventory and no pictures were yet posted, Tom Tague took the time to go over the actual specs of the car and even emailed us the original window sticker. Overall, this was a very good experience. The way they treated us showed how professional and genuine they really are. Unlike most of the other dealerships, we definitely recommend them for family and friends.

14,000 miles so far and no problems. It handles and rides really good goes anywhere in snow , great gas mileage just a good all around car . Its perfect for road trips around town or anything in between. Its power is better than what most people say about it being slow, its no race car but it gets up and goes pretty well.

Does the end justify the means? Definitely not! That said, my ultimate experience with Rafferty was both enormously gratifying and also, for better or worse, just as upsetting at the beginning. The first half of that remark is for the dealership; the latter for my fellow consumers. However, both parties could benefit tremendously by considering the last-minute, Hail Mary, work-a-round I accidentally ended up applying Without naming names I'll just say that sales reps - within every industry, and just like us - have both good and bad days. The corresponding features of each can have a profound effect on one's level of focus, will, energy, helpfulness, determination, interest, caring, etc, etc, etc. If you were a rep wanting to win an award for salesperson of the year you'd better be on the positive side of those traits. If you are a consumer, however, and purely by chance happen to find yourself dealing with a "bad day" rep, don't blame the dealership. Rather, hang up, call back and specifically request a different person. That's what I did - but ONLY after five days of steaming over what happened during my first attempt. On the fifth day I was actually in the process of wiring money to a different dealer for a car I decided I could probably live with when suddenly the internet went down. Everything stopped. I thought for a moment, picked up the phone and followed the above advice. The outcome? I was paired with a rep with whom I was able to connect genuinely, and ended up getting the car of my dreams. The moral: Neither steam nor groan, Unless flawless you've been shown. Realize that dealerships keep multiple reps on hand for the express purpose of compensating for the daily allotment of "bad day" reps who, for the sake of all, would have done far better to call in sick.

The Subaru Crossover is a nice looking car with a beautiful leather interior. It has all the gadgets and being a Subaru you know it will last a lifetime. I love everything about it except it is not a comfortable ride. I cannot drive for long distances. Compared to my Rubicon it gets a one star for being a comfortable ride. Other than that, compared to all the other Crosstreks it is the best by far.

To the best of my recollection, I have purchased about 9 new cars in my lifetime. Far and away, my Murray Kia experience ranks as the best. And I???ve had a fair amount of good buying experiences too. My initial contact started 4 or 5 months prior, and from start to finish, my key contact throughout was Roger O???Kane. Unlike most dealers, Roger maintained the perfect distance, checking in now and again with an occasional call or email. The majority of dealers either call you daily, or check in once and then totally forget about you. Murray Kia was not the first Kia dealer I went to either (look for some other reviews coming soon, since my car buying journey took me to about 8 dealers in total). I took my first test drive with Murray Kia in July or August. That would follow with at least 3 or 4 more visits and test drives, and a series of emails with Roger. At the dealership, Roger took the right amount of time to answer my questions ??? this would be my first Hybrid, first Kia and first crossover. Roger had a fair amount of work to do, but at no point did he play any games. He was patient and professional from start to finish. He clearly knows his customers and knew when I was ready, Murray Kia and Roger would earn my business. While I did extensive research, I never considered visiting those out of state dealers or the local ones with crazy gimmicks. As the end of my buying process approached, I visited about once a week, asking questions and taking extended test drives. And finally at the end of October, I arrived once last time, to buy my Kia Niro! On arrival, Roger was busy with other customers (I had not scheduled an appointment) and so I worked with Larry Beckett to get the paperwork in order. I think Larry and I spent more time chatting than anything else. I met his son Alex who was newer to the business and learning the ropes no doubt from his father and other seasoned professionals at Murray Kia. Alex even shared his pizza ??? I felt like I was visiting friends more so than buying a car! While finance got their papers in order, the receptionist took me on a tour of the service area. Here I met a friendly gentleman and we chatted a bit about the vehicle I was buying. I later learned this man was the owner ??? what an amazing experience. When I arrived in finance, everything was exactly as we had discussed. Exactly! While he shared some options I could buy, there was absolutely no pressure, and no attempt at selling extras no one needs. Bonus? They have way cool electronic pad which eliminates the need for so much paper. Like my Hybrid purchase, this was another positive green impact. In about the span of 90 minutes from entry, I was in my new car. By now, Roger was free and took time to introduce me to my new car. Android Auto was setup and soon I was on my way. If you???re in the market for a Kia and live anywhere near Philadelphia, you must visit Murray Kia. If you are looking to buy the Niro? Murray has the largest selection, great prices and fair trade in values. If you are looking for a Hybrid or small crossover, absolutely check out the Niro ??? I???m in love with the car and what a relaxing buying experience to make it all that much better.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. The reliability, safety, and control (symmetrical AWD) of this vehicle is incomparable to any other manufacturers out there. The heated seats are just an awesome feature along with ease of the controls on the steering wheel. It is raised off the ground just enough for a respectable ground clearance.

I've been a life-time Honda driver and owner. It was time to let my high-mileage Pilot go as our family grew and it started to cost more to maintain (I loved that car). I opened my search for a replacement from Honda to Subaru based on the many great things I've heard via friends and family - both new and long-time Subaru owners. I began my search online, searching all dealers near me, looking at their in-stock Outbacks and Foresters. Since all had decent stock of what I was hoping would make it into our price range, I decided to narrow it down to Matt Slap, the closest Subaru dealer to us. I first contacted them to setup a test drive using the pop-up on their website. I was called by Mary T to ask when I could come in. She was pleasant, but unfortunately I was at work and couldn't talk long. A day later I again went to the website and setup an appointment for a test drive, easy thing to do. I was greeted by Greg Winter at the door. Friendly right off the bat and ready to help. We cut to the chase and got out on the lot to take a look. It wasn't long before I was behind the wheel of a Outback Premium. We talked about the car as I drove, of course and, moreover, OTHER makes. He knows his cars and the details! Much more than I could ever care to know or take time to. My point is that it made me feel like he wasn't just going to keep directing me as to why Subaru was great but what else is out there is today's world of cars. Again, something I don't think about much, until ready to purchase a new one. We took a Forester Premium out next. Another pleasant ride and more "car talk". When we returned we looked at other trims of Forester and talked over what I'd look for in price, along with what else they might have in stock. Not long after we were off to their lot on 273, to compare even more. A Forester caught my eye and so we headed back to the dealer to talk more and see what they could do for me. The summation of the rest of the visit: -They looked at my Pilot and gave me a very fair value on it (it being a Honda DID have an impact on whether they would entertain taking it or not) - They gave me a better price on the Forester I wanted after the initial monthly payment wouldn't work for our budget - Greg remained professional and comfortable to talk to and work with throughout the process after I accepted their offer - Larry came by to check on things and ask what I thought, but beyond that had little interaction with him (a nice guy for sure though!) - Finance with Michael went smoothly and was easy for me to understand my additional options. I didn't feel pressured at any point. He's good at his job and, like Greg and Larry, professional, yet comfortable - The last person to help me out was Amanda, who oriented me to me new car and help me clean out my Pilot (YES, I took home my Forester that same day I went in to "just look"!). She was able to answer every question I had and was personable and pleasant. It was a LONG day, having shown up around 9:00AM and left around 1:45. I never felt pressured to buy that day. I was even asked if I would take it home that day if I could and I said that I would consider it. Sure, I was excited to get a new car and maybe anxious and impatient, however I felt good about it driving home, ready to show it off to the family. I'll have a follow-up appointment in the next few weeks. All in all a great experience at Matt Slap!
Disappointing Interior design

I drive for my job. Door pockets aren't large enough or square to be useful. Center console is a C minus! I'm 5'5., must reach way back to lift storage cover. VERY BAD. there are 2 useless recesses in the center console --too shallow to hold a cell phone or pen -- what are they for? cup holders set too far back. and PS: never open the door if it's been Snowing!!! it all lands in the driver's seat. Obviously not designed by an outdoor team!

I enjoy this car - it has plenty of power for daily driving and handles very well. I don't like the touch screen audio, but you get used to it. I also use a seat cushion for long drives, but the seats are ok. The gas mileage is great.

I want to personally thank Rachel, the service writer, and the technicians who checked out my car, Cody and Eldred. If it weren't for them, their kindness and the fact they stayed late for me - I would not have made it back to VA when I needed to be there. I was heading to VA from NJ to work and visit family when out of nowhere, my car stopped accelerating. I had no idea what was wrong and thought "Oh hell, my car is gonna die and I need to get home tonight!" Thank goodness I had AAA and they gave me the info to contact Matt Slap Subaru - the closest AAA authorized repair facility. I informed them of what was going on with my car and told them I was waiting for the AAA tow truck. It was 5:00pm and the height of rush hour traffic. They informed me the service department closed at 6:00pm, but they would do whatever they could when I got there. The six mile drive to the dealership seemed to be the longest of my life - as it took 40 minutes and I was so distressed because the service department was going to close in 20 minutes. Were they going to be able to find out what was wrong with it and fix it in that time? After they got my car in the bay, Rachel informed me the technicians agreed to stay until they figured out what was wrong and it was fixed. I was so grateful and couldn't believe they would go out of their way to help me the way they did. They quickly assessed what was wrong and fixed the issue. They also topped off all my fluids. They had me back on the road an hour after I came in. They took care of me as though I had purchased my vehicle from them and I couldn't have been happier. I made it back to VA that night. I may never cross paths with any of these people again, but I promise this, I will never forget the kindness extended to me that day. I will be forever grateful!

Dear Mr. Glanzmann, We, Alex and Marina Vishnevsky, would like to share with you our great experience with Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown. We live almost across the street from the dealership. In 1998 we decided to lease our first Subaru and, of course, we visited your dealership first. However, it was not a very pleasant experience because people there were not friendly to us, and we had to find another dealership. When our lease had expired, we came again to your dealership. Unfortunately, after 3 years, the story repeated again. Since we are fans of Subaru, we have a new lease every 3 years. Before 2014, we got three Foresters and one Outback. In 2014, we had to lease a new car and we decided to try your dealership one more time. We were really surprised! The entire atmosphere there was completely different: sales consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. We remember that in the middle of our conversation with a consultant, Robe Shintaku (sales manager) came to us. He asked a few questions about the options we would like to have in our new lease, and then he went to check out our car. In 15-20 minutes, he came back with an excellent offer. We could not believe this is the same place: this team completely changed the business for better. We remember final part of our business ??? it was a very pleasant meeting with Gary Segal. Three years passed quickly. Several weeks ago, without any scheduled appointment, we came to Glanzmann Subaru again to get our Subaru #6! Our sales consultant was a very nice young man Scott Fields. We began our conversation and suddenly we saw Rob Shintaku. He came to us and after a short pause, he said, ???Are you Vishnevsky? Sorry, I don???t remember your first names???. We were completely shocked ??? after three years, he remembered our last name. It is impossible, especially with the last name like ???Vishnevsky???. All procedure took no more than 20 minutes: we got an excellent deal; by our request, Rob promised to add several features to our new Outback. In a week we got a beautiful Subaru #6! My Forester would not start on Friday night , 9-21-18. I was 25 miles from home and I called the Subaru Roadside Assistance. The Operator was wonderful and we made arrangements to have my car towed Saturday at 8:30 am, when the Glanzmann Service Department would be open. Eric Wilson meet the tow truck driver at the dealership and called me to reassure me that my car had arrived and that the technicians would evaluate the problem. I received a call on Monday at 8:30 am from Eric who informed me that the problem was the alternator. My car was repaired and ready to go be 10:30 am on Monday. How fabulous is that turnaround time? Thank you Eric and Stephanie for the EXCELLENT service and keeping me informed. Also, kudos to Nick in Service who also helps me with the phone system in my Crosstrek, since I am a major technophobe!

Erick was the person who I met at Glanzmann who literally knows everything there is to know about how the technology works in my 2018 Crosstrek. I met Erick when I was purchasing my vehicle with Phil Han. Erick was extremely polite. After I purchased my Crosstrek I met with Erick who reviewed the technology with me. He never rushed me and answered every one of my many questions. I purchase my car in May and all was well until September when I could no longer keep a GPS signal while using the Android Auto, As I mentioned in another review (see Phil Han) no one at Subaru, not just Glanzmann, seems to know how to fix the issue but are aware of the problem. I lived with this for 2 months and was really getting very annoyed that it did not seem to be fixable. I contacted my salesman Phil Han who learned from Erick a possible fix for this problem. We scheduled an appointment and literally within 3 minutes Erick had this problem resolved. I won't tell you how as Erick should tell you. Honestly, Erick should get a bonus, in my opinion, for being proactive in trying to resolve this. His insights should be shared with service and corporate. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff. A huge huge huge THANK YOU to Nick & Andy!! They were both very patient with us took care of my wife and I like it was a 5 star resort! I've never experienced a car dealership where we were just a number to them. I personally test drove 5 or six cars with Nick. There was no pressure he was straight forward and honest with everything that I asked or inquired about! Normally you walk into a car dealership & the sales team are like voulchers. Not this place...... We felt very comfortable, like family, there was no rush & in about 2-4 hours my wife and I walked out with a 2016 Nissan Rogue! I highly recommend going there before you go to a Ford, Dodge, Chevy dealership etc etc.. I will always take my business to them for now on! This car met all my needs. It’s sporty and the design is great. The only thing I would redesign is the back storage. It needs more space. Overall it’s great for its price. Also note the lugnuts seem to get jammed so beware when changing tires and let the dealer know to manually loosen up the lugnuts to avoid jamming. Otherwise it’s gonna cost you more money to have them fix
