Friendly Transparent Process

I went to Glanzmann after my car broke down with the plan to finance a used Subaru. I took a few cars for test drives and decided I was interested in a 2012 Subaru Forrester. During the underwriting process I was sitting next to another gentleman and we were both discussing how we expected to get hit with loads of hidden fees further into the sales process. We ended up both being pleasantly surprised that the fees and closing costs were the same from the first time we saw them to the completion of the purchase, and consisted of basic charges such as recording fees, transfer tax, small doc prep, etc. Like a lot of people I expect a real hassle when buying a used car especially when financing one but this process was extremely transparent and straightforward which I think is a real differentiator. Additionally the employees were incredibly accommodating of us. Arron Faison was great to work with as was his manager ( his name escapes me -- Southern accent), and the assistant manager (in training for a management role, also great), who we worked with once it got to the financing and final close stage. The Subaru itself is great, and is in meticulous condition (the detailing here is great). My only regret is that I didn't buy a car from here sooner. I'll also say this -- You can tell when a business is well run, with robust management and employee accountability. I inquired as to whether this was a family business and whether the family was present and was told that yes it was and, yes, they were. That really shows. Kudos. The only dealership I would think of to recommend.
