I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

Trish has always been so easy to work with. Very clear on issues and very pleasant about it. Love Gerald Subaru!

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

My first car from an auto manufacturer in Japan. I really like everything about it! It's brand new - so no problems. The only thing I wish was better is that the computer takes a very long time to boot up. It's not instant when you start the car. Sometimes I have to wait to turn on the AC and other features.

AMAZED! 5 Stars! I’ve been car shopping off and on for 6 months, I’ve watched hours of car reviews on you tube and talked to tons of owners on Facebook groups, test drove new and used, sedans, crossovers and finally Outback’s. I was close to buying about 4 different vehicles over the last 3 months but the sales people and finance managers soured my taste for even wanting to buy anything from a dealership. I was able to get a email quote and set up a time to test drive the different trims with Gabriel Talpos. He was with a customer when I arrived and with in a minuet I was asked if I needed help unlike some dealers. Jeff Schade showed me all about the Outback’s and patiently answered all my questions and we even got to experience some Subaru like down pours. It was close to closing so I came back Saturday to try the Wilderness and it checked all the boxes, plus for me it had the most amazing acceleration of all the outback trims. Jeff was super patient and not pushy at all, the managers made a great offer that I didn’t even have to bargain for. The last part Finance managers.. always so scary. I worked with Chris Thomas, he was super pleasant! Quick and not pushy either, very friendly. I’ve never ever had a finance manager expierence that didn’t leave me with dread and being pushed around, so it was refreshing! Everyone I met at Grand Subaru was friendly and I can’t say enough about how different this dealership is for the better. I recommend you give them a shot and test drive some Subarus, they definitely don’t get the attention they should!

1st time in a Subaru so far so good only problem no sure how a long drive will go no arm rest that are comfortable on either door or center console looking into after market foam rest to make long trips comfortable!! Only had the car a month now but so far so good avg about 28 mpg !!

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

Nothing but the best. The buying experience was never hurried and the salesman took his time with us. Whenever I need the car serviced making an appointment is very easy and the service techs are great. While you?re waiting their waiting room has a huge coffee station with many varieties, a popcorn machine, snacks and a nice area to watch tv. The Hawk Subaru experience has been great from the start. No pressure and top professional service.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

I have a 2022 Crosstrek Limited. I think it is overall a great commuter car with average 33MPG. However, I have two issues with this vehicle 1) Seat it took small & uncomfortable if you seat for a period of time and 2) Highway wind noise is pretty loud around 70 db at 65mph.

To my surprise, the package I purchased even came with several bonus accessories for protecting the interior. Paolo took his time with me and explained every feature in the car (even after closing), which was amazing since the manual looks like an encyclopedia. The dealership followed up later with a Zoom call to answer any additional questions I still had and they’re sending me a free gift! I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.
