I am used to Bobby Rahal's 5 star response and service. I got a wake up call today. While waiting to have my recently purchased Certified used Subaru Legacy serviced because it would not start, (after 32 days of ownership) I thought of how convenient their loaner service is, and how they sent a repairman to my house to replace a battery still under warranty. Faulkner also mixed up our SS #'s on the credit app. which I was reminded about again when we both got letters noting that our credit score has been affected by this error. As far as the repair, the battery terminal was corroded, and apparently a software update from rev A to rev D was required. I had a lot of faith in Subaru when we purchased this car last month, now I am worried every time I reach for the start button.
After researching the vehicle we wanted and prices for weeks (& sending out information out to various dealerships), we visited a dealership closer to us that had the exact Explorer we wanted. We ended up leaving unsatisfied with the customer service we received and searched again after we left, for a similar Explorer. That search brought us to Caleb with Apple Ford, he assured us that if we made the drive there they would give us the best numbers possible. We decided to hope for the best and make the trip- Caleb had the car ready out front, they had already started working on a deal for us, and ended up giving us better numbers than we expected! They beat any other dealerships numbers that we spoke with, Caleb was so great to work with from the start, Jackie was quick and efficient, and they had us out in record timing (per our request). We had such a great feeling after we left and are still very happy with the experience we had at Apple Ford - we will be back!
Although I live in Maryland I was enticed to visit Harrisburg???s Faulkner to check a well-priced vehicle. With no hassle and willingness to an additional discount from the dealer I ended up buying the car. Needless to say, it was one of the most easy car purchases my wife and I ever made. No surprises and no pressure. Even though we arrived around the closing time, the staff (Jason, the salesman, and Dallas (?) the finance person with his trainer) made us feel very comfortable during the entire time. A day later, we contacted the dealership regarding an additional issue and found the Faulkner being very responsive.
Everyone was welcoming when we arrived. Matt went out of his way to find us the car we wanted and the finance manager worked to get us the best deal possible. We will definitely buy from Faulkner Nissan in the future.
I've been getting both my 2011 Outback and my 2013 Toyota 4Runner serviced at Faulklner. Always a good experience. Bought my used Toyota from them. They gave me more for my used car than the other dealers on the same strip.
I just recently bought my first Subaru wrx this week from Faulkner and must say I was pretty satisfied. I had an issue with a sensor that needed adjusted due to different wheels being put on. I made a call to the dealership and they told me to swing back by and they would take care of it. Not only did they correct the issue but they topped off my tank of gas and gave my car a wash. Now most people would have been irate they had to bring a brand new car back to have a sensor fixed but I simply understand how things get missed and stuff happens. Faulkner Subaru made it right and exceeded my expectations. Richard did a great job and was all around helpful. The manager was extremely friendly as well. Would certainly buy a car here again
I had the luxury of using mease motors to service my car fo sometime now and on my visits would browse the great selection of trucks they have for sale. Not really in need of a "new to me truck" I could not help the temptation to test drive one. The price was right and the relaxed approach of the sales team made it very easy for me to decide to buy. The whole team worked efforlessly to meat my needs including getting me approved for a loan. I would recommend to anyone who has had a bad experience with a dealership to give MEASE MOTORS a try. They just might restore your faith in great customer service.
