I had a excellent experience at Bertera Subaru from working with my knowledgeable , friendly and attentive sales consultant Issa to completing the transaction with Crist the business manager. He was extremely helpful and make the transaction run smooth.
I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
My wife and I had a tremendous experience at Manchester City Nissan. The Finance Manager Ken was FANTASTIC and the salesman Chris was helpful and attentive.
The buying process was not the usual loooooong, drawn out affair. It was quick, efficient and actually nice!
We got a great car at a great price and the people were great as well.

I was recommened to check out this dealership, Steve specifically, by my coworker who had a great experience and I am glad he did. Steve was incredibly down to earth, approachable, and did his best to make me feel comfortable. I was in no way preassured to make any decisions or jump into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I then meet Lisa in finnancing who was a pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeble. Overall my experience could not have been better and I would recommend Steve and Lisa to anyone who is looking for a Subaru.
I have been going to Good Guys for over 10 years now. I will not go anywhere else for repairs. The buying experience for a used car is unlike any other dealer I have used. Jason (the owner) is great to deal with and as trustworthy as they come. I give Good Guys my highest possible rating.
The people there were very helpful and none of them were pushy like they are at other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. They were also very accommodating when I needed a ride there to pick up my vehicle.
Spotless and pleasant showroom. Quite a few amenities for customer comfort. Dealt mainly with Jason Jarkes and Ed Chen. Both were extremely professional and fun to deal with. Several accommodations were made for my convenience and the overall process was very satisfying. Like most car shoppers, pushy car salesman tropes don't appeal to me and dealing with Jason was anything but. Sincere thank you to everyone at Quality Subaru for making my first Subaru purchase an excellent one. I would recommend Quality Subaru and its staff to anyone looking to buy a car, as I plan to return as well.
My son was purchasing his first Subaru and I accompanied him during his experience with Jason and Quality Subaru. We were both pleasantly surprised with the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Protective as us mothers can be Jason dealt with my questions and demands in a positive and respectful manner. I felt like we were dealing with family.
I went to the Wallingford quality Subaru 4 months ago just looking at potential cars not ready to buy yet but exploring options. Mike Schweikert went above and beyond for me since then. He let me test drive, put no pressure on me to buy that day and told me when i was ready he???d be ready to help me if wanted. I loved his down to earth personality and how understanding he was for the whole process. I went back to him to build a custom made car which would take a while to get in but i wanted certain things in the car so i was okay with that. He then went and took the extra time to search for the exact car i wanted locally at all the dealers and ended up finding me one how i wanted it and got it for me within a week! I couldn???t appreciate all he did for me any more. He???s great at his job and very easy to talk too. As well as everyone that works at quality Subaru. (Ed from finance was great too and made that stressful aspect very easy going). From the second you walk in to the second you walk out. They love their jobs and it shows! I would absolutely recommend this dealer and mike of course to anyone. I will be a forever customer.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
From my inital contact with Wendy to my sales associate Sammy, was treated in a respectful and straight forward manner that i’ve historically failed to associate with the car buying process. Got a great return on my trade and a below KBB price on my vehicle. Very efficient process that left me feeling that Balise valued my time
Wow...what a relief!
I was driving home yesterday in my 2014 Infiniti Q70, when I took corner at slow rate of speed, I glanced in my rearvew mirror and observed a vehicle who apparently would have liked to take turn at faster pace. As I looked forward again I heard pop...and immediately saw passenger side mirror ??? Not normal....as a car fanatic ...lol...lover I ...said ...shoot..lol
To clarify I knew ...I didn't hit people or property because had clear view as making turn.
Anyhow to get to point ....pulled over checked side of car ...looked fine ...knew I couldn't do much on side street ...so quickly decided to just use scotch tape I had in glove box, to tape assembly ...mirror (which was intact)...address nightmare...lol...I take pride in keeping my car mint...and I think most car lovers would agree ...until restored ...issue fixed
As I was driving rest of way home...seeing taped mirror started bugging me...I know just a car ...could be worse...I'm probably a little shallow...lol
And I know this is review of service department at county line Nissan ...but I think background is relavant to why I'm so thankful to have trusted dealer ...service advisor.
So obviously I'm anxious to get mirror fixed...quickly.
Now the cost to diagnose repair...could I do myself...autobody ..dealer (which is hour drive)...
Thought about whether to put in claim with insurance company ...kind of quickly ruled that out ...quite sure I have 1000 comp and collision deductible ..
Not to cry poverty but new I had very little ...64.14...lol

Very tired when I got home so decided to forget till tomorrow morning.
Got up early and did some research on side mirror repair...glass, entire unit etc etc...
Was feeling a little better ...rested ...and happy that glass and unit seemed to be intact...hadn't inspected fully yet but seemed better than some examples in research ...where glass and or whole unit dangling or broken....learned that adhesive ...locktite glue is used to adhere glass to plastic plate on top of mechanism ..,
Thought about buying some ...where to buy...if after further inspection I thought I could try repairing myself ....
Then self doubt set in ...lol...would I make it worse ...would glass fall off
I needed wanted professional help! For my car..lol
Without sidetracking much further ....I thought of dealer, county line Nissan ...which I have used for all maintenance ....and absolutely love.
But, as I am housesitting for friend....was about hour away.....but decided they were my best shot to get straight best course of action ...for temporary fix ...and/or options for complete repair .
All right I'll get to point!
Get there...first in line...Quinn, Service Operations Manger gives me red carpet greeting as usual ...quietly listens to my sob story ....right out of gate comforts me with best case scenario ....oh sometimes they /glass just pop off....been to many other dealers who ????
Alright I'll finish ....
So kind considerate professional ....says go relax in service area ...as he himself is peeling off scotch tape ...I'll take a look and be right in....within 5 minutes he comes in and says your all set.....
Now you know why I dragged you through all the superfluous background ...can you imagine how happy I was/am:):)

Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)
