I came into #1 Cochran Subaru in Monroeville with a trade that I was upside down in payments. My Sales Consultant Harry "Good News" Gossnell was phenomenal. He was very through with describing the features and functionality of our future car, and at the same time had financing running numbers and working on our best deal for my trade and incentives. Harry has made the "dealership" car buying experience an excellent one (honestly, not getting paid to write this review). I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and feel I was well taken care of and was provided all of the information I requested in a timely manner. I called ahead before my appointment to let them know I was traveling to the dealership. When I arrived they had the car parked out front already warm and ready for my test drive. Negotiating was a breeze. The salesman and sales manager were very transparent and honest during the negotiations. I would definitely recommend Kenny Ross Subaru.

As my previous review stated, my experience at GTP was great other than a hiccup with keys that costed me some additional money. Less than an hour after seeing my review, George reached out to fix the issue.
I was very pleased with his quick and fitting response, which is why I have updated my ratings to reflect the exceptional customer service even after the sale had been finalized. I will definitely consider GTP in the future the next time I need a car.
Overall, my experience at GTP was pleasant. For the positives: The car I wanted was priced fairly, and the offer on my trade was at least ball-park to what was expected. The salesmen did not linger, and there was no pressure to buy anything. For the negatives: The car was advertised with keyless entry, yet no keyless entry fob was provided,(was told they did not have upon purchase)only received a loose key...this is now costing me $250+ to obtain after the fact (Over $135 per keyfob), which has taken a great experience and turned it into an average one. Also, the car came unwashed and with only a quarter tank of gas. When asked about whether either would be done since many dealers provide these two things upon purchase, the response was no and no.
I started my day by visiting two car dealerships looking for a specific car. The first dealership was not helpful at all, and the second one attempted to sell me a car with less options, more cosmetic damage, for more money. I called Elite and spoke with Jay from the lot of dealer two. He drew up some numbers and made it compelling enough to take the 1.25 hour trip. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and I could tell it was an honest place to do business. The car was just as described on the phone: clean as a whistle inside and out, drove and rode smooth, priced lower than anyone else and had more options! I wasn't planning on buying today but the experience just made it way too hard to head home. I loved every minute of my experience at Elite motors! Thank you Elite and Jay!
I saw a minivan they had on cars.com and emailed them to get information about it. They replied about a day later and gave me the information I needed.
I did find a similar minivan at lower price and decided on the other one.
I did not purchase from them or even got a chance to go and see their store, but the email reply was within an acceptable time frame and did give me the info I needed.
I don’t know how to explain it, but the manager (?) his name is Bill I believe; he’s make jokes and get really close and say “haha I’m baaaad” i don’t know it was weird, really weird. They fixed my brake noise though!
Couldn’t make a deal when I visited but later was callled by someone I guess works online for all Bowser car brands. He asked why I didn’t buy and I said I couldn’t make a deal and since then had gotten a better deal elsewhere and was going to purchase at that dealer. He offered to match and exceed it. He called me back with a better deal. I said okay and went in to do the purchase. The salesman - not the man who called me - seemed unhappy that I had this deal - I had nothing to do with it. They called me. They said they could meet the deal I had elsewhere. So I agreed. Seems the online sales people v the showroom sales people don’t get along. The sale was completed but I’ve been treated poorly since then when I had any questions or concerns. I was ignored, not called back, and when I went in person - with a smile on my face and behaving very cordially - I was treated badly by the manager. Very sorry I bought there. If there is a problem between people who call potential customers who didn't buy and the people in the showroom don’t take it out in the customer. Wish I had gone to the other dealer - bowser was just closer for me.
I emailed them about the truck they had that i was interested in. They answered very quickly, within 30 minutes, and gave me all the info i needed to know. I wasnt aware it was salvaged and they include many pictures to show off the product. As well as details on repairs and everything else. Great customer service and help.
I was referred to Bowser Hyundai by a dear friend who was also a satisfied customer. My communication with Lorri Z., Greg P., and Marc M. was the best buying experience I've ever encountered. They were very professional, no pressure AT ALL to buy, patient and accommodating in every way. The reviews I read about the dealership and others experiences also lead me in the direction of Bowser. I will definitely refer people whom I may encounter looking to purchase a car to give Bowser dealership a chance.
