Excellent buying experience, relaxed no high pressure sales

Buying our new 2019 Forester at Patrick Subaru was Excellent, it was a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.Our salesman Nate Goodro was great to work with very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales. Made sure we were happy with our purchase.At delivery thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions. Prep. of the vehicle was also done very well. Great buying experience.
The drop-off and pick-up is highly efficient. The personal service is outstanding. I do suggest however service Representatives the given company cell phones to use during the day. I didn't answer the call coming in regarding the status of my vehicle the first three times it came in because I did not recognize the name on caller ID.
I contacted Lundgren Honda looking for a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring with specific guidelines in mind. Jayson has been an outstanding sales representative on trying to get me what I am looking for. I will continue looking for the vehicle and will be back in contact with your dealership.
I worked with Jeff B, who was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no sales pressure at all. He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.
I had spoken with Frank Lajoie on the phone prior to going into the dealership. I felt comfortable with our no-pressure discussion. It was nice to have my questions answered without having to go through a high-pressure conversation. Everyone was friendly when I walked into the dealership; I asked for Frank, and he was very welcoming. I was looking for a Forester Premium with no extra bells and whistles, and he respected that, unlike other sales people at other Subaru dealerships. He did not try to talk me into an upgraded trim package. The best part was that he directed me to a new 2018 Outback with a lower purchase price and much lower finance rate than the 2019 Forester. Success! I now have an Outback for a much lower monthly payment than the Forester. Frank was wonderful to work with! He is very funny and personable, and I truly appreciate the no-pressure experience. Tom Liddle was also great to work with in the finance area. He explained everything and answered my questions. We also had a fun discussion about his family and pets! I would highly recommend North End for a pleasant shopping experience.
You will never leave the service department disappointed; you will always leave with a smile on your face; and your vehicle fixed the way it should be in no time. I have been to other Service Departments and this is by far the best one.
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
Bought a preowned car from Herb Chambers Volvo and could not be happier . The whole process was so streamlined and hassle free it took no time at all . Every employee along the way was fabulous and so willing to help .They really treated me like I was part of the team or family . My car was perfect and absolutely what I was looking for . The last time I bought a car, I felt hustled. The last time my wife bought a car, we both felt hustled. This is the first time buying a car, that we both felt happy. Franco was helpful, attentive and thoughtful - he followed up during the purchase but wasn't over the top. It's our first Subaru, and we are impressed with the car quality, as well as the dealership (so far). I'm happy to recommend Franco, Subaru, and Clay Subaru.
I've never thought that buying a car can be an awesome experience. Most dealership now changed the way they do business compared a decade ago. Although there are some dealership who still practice the old style of pressuring there customers to buy a car from them. You have to meet all of them, they refer them to you as their manager, offer you another car or anything that will keep you in their lot. With most people who now search the internet before going out to buy a car, this old trick no longer works. My experienced with LAHTI's Jeep is excellent. Transaction is very smooth and prompt from start to finish. Brian Long is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and he will go the extra mile to please his customers. We bought a 2013 Honda Civic Si the cheapest price we found on the internet. The car was cleaned and polished when we came and ready for the test drive. When we came home after 43 miles drive, we noticed that one of the fog light is hanging out. We contact Brian and he answer right away and promise us to bring the car back for them to fix. Overall the experience is phenomenal. I will highly recommend Lahti's Jeep in Leominster.
My Husband and I had stopped by Cargill Chevy late Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to check out an suv we were very interested in. We didn’t really expect to make a purchase right away but as soon as we saw the Audi SQ5 in person - for a great price, we just had to have it. Our sales guy, Jason H. was very patient and helpful. He had made the process very “pain free” and there was no pressure at all towards purchasing the vehicle, and also we love how everyone was very laid back there.
