I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Hansel Subaru. I originally intended to get a used car, but when that didn't fit my needs, it was suggested by salesman Corey McGoldrick that I look at the 2017 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Not only did that fit my needs perfectly, but it was in the same price range as the used car I originally came in to see. I love my Subaru and since buying it, many, many of my friends and acquaintances have raved about their wonderful experience as a Subaru owner. I'm happy to be in the Subaru family and look forward to many years as a satisfied owner.

We traded in our Equinox in a new Forrester after meeting Curtis & Alex at the auto show. They were wonderful, positive and helpful without being pushy. Alex took a ton of time to answer all our questions and take us around the lot. He stayed with us through the entire process, even delivered the vehicle to me 2 days later (in the Salem area) and went over every detail of the car to make sure I knew how everything operated. We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!
As always, the service and the experience was excellent. Professional and personable staff with a dedication to excellence. The automobiles are fantastic; however, the staff makes the difference in why we have selected Doug's Cadillac over other dealerships. From the owner to the support staff, this dealership is excellent. We have leased cars from Doug's for many years.
Matt is a great sales guy. We purchased three Subaru's within a year. We absolutely love our Subaru's and Matt is our go to guy. He is patient and answers all your questions. Event after you leave if you have questions he will respond promptly. I would definitely recommend Matt and this dealership.
This dealership didn’t have my particular car on the lot when I first visited. However, they were able to get the car in on a timely manner, especially compared to other dealerships I had previously visited. Also, the vehicle was reasonably priced.
We have always leased or purchased our cars from Park Ford for as long as I can remember. Our salesman, Bob D'Andrea has always been helpful and knowledgeable. He always explains everything we need to know about the new car. Always an excellent experience!!
I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.
They did an oil change on my legacy, and it was quick and simple.
