Buying a vehicle is exciting but can be stressful! Everything was explained very well and they took plenty of time with us. But even more important, the service is organized, good and fast! Snacks and drinks are great, too.
Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
Was in the market for the first brand new car of my life. I found the car of my dreams on their website. Price was good but they helped to make it better! We drove over two hours to get there. Both hubby and I were nervous, hoping that we weren't walking into a game of bait and switch as so often happened when we lived in LA. To our relief, the price paid was the price agreed on over the phone! And Shannon was so good, so patient! We got lost fairly quickly in Fayetteville. She came out twice; on our way to and our way outto lead us to where we needed to be! Above and beyond the call! T.G. was a delight and Mike was a dream to work with. This was a pre-owned vehicle used lightly as a loaner. It looks, runs and even smells like new. And we paid a great price, no BS
This was our 12000 mile care and our second time to come to Adventure. Our first trip was great. Our second was not. It took a lot longer and when the service guy came to let us know our car was ready, he said he didn't know where it was maybe in the car wash. I felt like we were turned loose to find it our self and then it was dirty and had grease spots on it, so it had not been to the car wash.

The Forester is exactly what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, efficient for its size, smooth driving, excellent performing. Upright seating fits a wide range of sizes and is great for tall drivers. Excellent rear seat space. Very, very, good cargo space access. The interior is well laid out. Controls are easy to reach and easy to understand. One more thing, the climate control system is fully up to handling Phoenix summer weather.
i find the service excellent. timely, and very friendly. they keep you advised of status and any unexpected issues. waiting area is very nice, and comfortable.

This car provides one of the best safety feature, eyesight. Driving with it always provides me with the most confidence. The AWD comes with standard configuration of this car also make your icy driving safer.

I love my 2018 Forester. I’m only 5’ and the seats are very comfortable. Don’t really like the Navigation - can’t seem to make it work. I have 2 friends who also have a Forester, all of ours are green. Only thing negative is the rear windshield wiper. When I go through the car wash, the portion that doesn’t move, pops off. I’ve lost one and now I have to put painters tape over it to keep it in place.
I had been a proud Honda owner for a decade, but had decided I wanted to learn a little more about the Forrester as I had driven one in the past and enjoyed it. Stephen, my sales person, was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to not just explain features, but to explain how the car worked. From sales to financing this was easily the best car buying experience that I have had.

Example: The gps/map system is not intuitive to easily upgrade maps! Subaru seems unable to inform customers when new maps are available? Using the Subaru app Subaru Toolbox Gen2 is not very user friendly.....a poorly created app period! Connecting to your personal devices through STARLINK is a waste of time and unreliable. Why Subaru uses this poorly designed software and not Apple Car Play, used by most other car manufacturers, is questionable! It would be truly nice to be able to link my IPhone to the Gen2 headunit display but.....no way? Seems the electronics of this car is for Android devices primarily and not Apple friendly!
Fast, friendly professional service. Always wear protective gear while working on my vehicle. I never make an appointment but get in quickly. They keep me updated on my repair and I never have to wait long for the service. They are very helpful on any questions or concerns I have and if the service department can't answer them they get someone who can. I tell all my family and friends to check them out.

We have always driven Subarus. They are more expensive to buy then other vehicles but they are so reliable. We bought our first Subaru in1975. We drove 3 of our Subarus for 300,000 miles!

I was'nt sure I would like a SUV as I always drove a compact car, but decided to try it as I am shorter and needed to see better on major freeways and roadways in the Metro area as I would have large semi's, trucks, other Suv's in the lanes surrounding me. Oh what a difference-love it that now I can actually see everything so clearly. The car is easy to get in and out. It rides and feels like a luxury car. Has all the safety features plus.
Love it. The Forester has plenty of room. It has a smooth ride. There’s plenty of space in back to haul items. It gets good gas mileage.
