Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
I did an extensive internet search for the exact car we were looking for and Royal Moore (along with 3 other OR dealerships) had that car. Royal Moore had the best pricing hands-down. Zach Rangel worked with us over the phone to work out the sale and access our trade-in from afar. Compared to the other dealerships I worked with Zach was the best - he wasn't too aggressive, didn't call me 10x a day, was straight and to the point. When we arrived at Royal Moore to pick up our car, we worked with Golda, Nick Lee & Nate in finance. I would say our only complaint was that it took a bit long to work through the finance end of things - but we did purchase through a business (which they said takes longer). There also was some confusion / miscommunication about the interest rates, but in the end it all worked out. Overall, great pricing, great people, fair trade-in value. Thanks!

This was a pre-owned vehicle used lightly as a loaner. It looks, runs and even smells like new. And we paid a great price, no BS
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.

The Forester is exactly what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, efficient for its size, smooth driving, excellent performing. Upright seating fits a wide range of sizes and is great for tall drivers. Excellent rear seat space. Very, very, good cargo space access. The interior is well laid out. Controls are easy to reach and easy to understand. One more thing, the climate control system is fully up to handling Phoenix summer weather.
We had a very positive experience buying a new Subaru. Papa is the best! He is very knowledgeable and patient and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him.

This car provides one of the best safety feature, eyesight. Driving with it always provides me with the most confidence. The AWD comes with standard configuration of this car also make your icy driving safer.
Papa is great! 2nd car we’ve bought from him. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy which is a main reason for our return business.

I love my 2018 Forester. I’m only 5’ and the seats are very comfortable. Don’t really like the Navigation - can’t seem to make it work. I have 2 friends who also have a Forester, all of ours are green. Only thing negative is the rear windshield wiper. When I go through the car wash, the portion that doesn’t move, pops off. I’ve lost one and now I have to put painters tape over it to keep it in place.
I had a great experience in buying new Ascent. Great price and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
Very Reliable Vehicle.....but ?

Example: The gps/map system is not intuitive to easily upgrade maps! Subaru seems unable to inform customers when new maps are available? Using the Subaru app Subaru Toolbox Gen2 is not very user friendly.....a poorly created app period! Connecting to your personal devices through STARLINK is a waste of time and unreliable. Why Subaru uses this poorly designed software and not Apple Car Play, used by most other car manufacturers, is questionable! It would be truly nice to be able to link my IPhone to the Gen2 headunit display but.....no way? Seems the electronics of this car is for Android devices primarily and not Apple friendly!
I was expecting a very challenging car buying/leasing day, but for my surprise, I met Alejandro.
He was not only extremely respectful but honest in all the possible ways. He walked me through the whole process using the right terminology and giving the best advice based on what I was looking for.

We have always driven Subarus. They are more expensive to buy then other vehicles but they are so reliable. We bought our first Subaru in1975. We drove 3 of our Subarus for 300,000 miles!
We arrived at Carr Subaru after having spent 5 hours already going through the buying process for my significant other, and from the moment we walked in Alejandro was ready and willing to do all of the footwork for us.
I came in intending to check out my options for a new crosstrek and ended up leaving with my first brand new vehicle to my name. The process was made as simple as possible, but the brevity did not detract from the carefulness with which Alehandro and everyone considered my individual preferences and needs.
A long day of shopping made easy, and plenty of service and support for the next 7 years.

I was'nt sure I would like a SUV as I always drove a compact car, but decided to try it as I am shorter and needed to see better on major freeways and roadways in the Metro area as I would have large semi's, trucks, other Suv's in the lanes surrounding me. Oh what a difference-love it that now I can actually see everything so clearly. The car is easy to get in and out. It rides and feels like a luxury car. Has all the safety features plus.
we had a great experience with Daniel and the dealership. thanks for taking care of us so well. we tend to avoid buying cars from dealerships and would definitely come back to Wilsonville again. We would have like to have made a donation in the physical area we live, so, this was a little disappointing that they only allowed us to choose a few local ones to them.

Love it. The Forester has plenty of room. It has a smooth ride. There’s plenty of space in back to haul items. It gets good gas mileage.
