This car provides one of the best safety feature, eyesight. Driving with it always provides me with the most confidence. The AWD comes with standard configuration of this car also make your icy driving safer.
This dealership was absolutely incredible from the time I walked in I didn???t wait very long , service was incredible.The salesman I dealt with was very knowledgeable of all of the cars and really worked with me to find the right car for the price that fit my budget. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone who???s looking for a new car.

I love it! And have since I bought it a year ago. I loved my other three prior Subaru’s, but this one is overall my favorite because of all the room.

Example: The gps/map system is not intuitive to easily upgrade maps! Subaru seems unable to inform customers when new maps are available? Using the Subaru app Subaru Toolbox Gen2 is not very user friendly.....a poorly created app period! Connecting to your personal devices through STARLINK is a waste of time and unreliable. Why Subaru uses this poorly designed software and not Apple Car Play, used by most other car manufacturers, is questionable! It would be truly nice to be able to link my IPhone to the Gen2 headunit display but.....no way? Seems the electronics of this car is for Android devices primarily and not Apple friendly!
Vinny is an ideal salesman. Straightforward and efficient. He located the car with the features I wanted and had it delivered promptly. Everyone at Competition Subaru is courteous. And the coffee is quite good!
Went from always driving compact car to this SUV

I was'nt sure I would like a SUV as I always drove a compact car, but decided to try it as I am shorter and needed to see better on major freeways and roadways in the Metro area as I would have large semi's, trucks, other Suv's in the lanes surrounding me. Oh what a difference-love it that now I can actually see everything so clearly. The car is easy to get in and out. It rides and feels like a luxury car. Has all the safety features plus.
I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.
Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
Just turned 1000 miles and now can enjoy the full capabilities of this Forester XT. Would highly recommend it. Too bad Subaru is not continuing to make the 2.0 liter version of the Forester.

The Forester is exactly what we were looking for. Reasonably priced, very comfortable, efficient for its size, smooth driving, excellent performing. Upright seating fits a wide range of sizes and is great for tall drivers. Excellent rear seat space. Very, very, good cargo space access. The interior is well laid out. Controls are easy to reach and easy to understand. One more thing, the climate control system is fully up to handling Phoenix summer weather.
My salesman, Joe Iucci, took a lot of time with me in setting up my sale and explaining the features on the car. After the purchase process was complete, he sat in the car and showed me/demonstrated all of the cars features. He was extremely helpful! The female finance person, whose name I forgot, was also very helpful.

I love my 2018 Forester. I’m only 5’ and the seats are very comfortable. Don’t really like the Navigation - can’t seem to make it work. I have 2 friends who also have a Forester, all of ours are green. Only thing negative is the rear windshield wiper. When I go through the car wash, the portion that doesn’t move, pops off. I’ve lost one and now I have to put painters tape over it to keep it in place.
Clinton Declue is by far the best in the business!!! I'm a very critical person and expect to be treated the way I treat others. Everyone in the service department was exceptional and friendly. I will continue to come to Grand Prix Subaru for any service my 2018 WRX needs. Thank You!!! WRXMombo
Being familiar with Subaru's I came into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and what it would take to make a deal that day. The staff was friendly and courteous. The premises was clean and inviting. My salesperson, Joe Iucci, was excellent. Buying a new car can be a nightmare but it was NOT at Grand Prix Subaru and the deal was sealed. I would highly recommenced both the dealership and specifically Joe Iucci. Will definitely come back and recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I worked with Ray the finance manager who always did the best he could in terms of making sure we got the car we wanted within our budget. The amount of effort he puts into making me feel like my business matters is really important and essential. That's probably why I'll not only be buying Subarus, but from only Grand Prix Subaru as well. There were only two things that bugged me, one was that I was told the car would be there in two weeks, and I waited over a month. Not really the dealerships fault that the shipping can't be faster, but the team always did their best to give me a status update. And Ray called me to tell me which incentives to take advantage of to get the best final deal in that time. He didn't have to go out of his way, or maybe he did, but I appreciate it. I was a little taken aback when all I was told to pay was 1000 cash at pick up and then told I had to pay an additional 1300 for the extended warranty, but I plan on keeping this car for a while and the extended warranty through Subaru is the probably the best thing for long-term owners. I picked up the car on a rainy day, so obviously they couldn't detail it, but they said come back any time and they'll do that for me. Of course I'll be back! Overall I got a great deal on the Ascent, a car that's very in demand and probably hard to find any deal at all.
This was our first purchase from Grand Prix Subaru... probably won't be our last. From the moment I first walked in the door, I was made to feel valued and welcomed as a customer. No high pressure tactics. Joe Iucci listened to what I wanted and made some good suggestions to tailor the vehicle for my needs. Ted Hanlon, the sales manager, helped lock down the deal. I am very impressed with how smoothly everything went. This is my second Subaru, third counting the one my son bought after driving mine. We love the product and now feel as though we have a go-to dealership for our needs.
I walked into Hassett Subaru and was greeted by Aladin Omar. He was very thorough in intruducing us to the Ascent, including a test drive. Excellent Maintenance, Prices and Customer Service

We leased a vehicle from North Coast Subaru. Their sales representative was great. Even before we went there I heard from a friend that their service department was the best dealer service centers he's used. This was our first scheduled maintenance and the staff was professional and courteous. They were thorough with their assessment and explanation of what was going to be done for this scheduled service visit and afterwards walk me through what was done and covered. We had a tire issue and they looked into it. The came back with an assessment and explained why and the cost of a replacement tire along with mounting and balancing. The actual cost quoted to me prior to going in was less than the price of an exact same time online and including the mounting and balancing came out to the cost of just the tire online or what was quoted to me at a local tire shop.
Always very courteous and professional. Service is quick and thorough.
