My wife and I were very grateful to have dealt with Zack at the dealership. He had wonderful insight about the Subaru vehicles and pointed out many strong attributes of each model as-well as Subaru’s brand as a whole. His knowledge about each model I had inquired about had actually shocked me.. seeing as I had tried a few dealerships before here and they were not as descriptive on each models features. Zack was a pleasure to have done business with as wel as this dealership as a whole. Great experience and better customer service!

Shopping for a new car is never fun for me- I’m that analytical person that has to run every possible option before making an agonizing final decision. Zack Ford, my salesman at Balise, made all the difference for me. He was patient, accommodating, and was never short or condescending. It made the process easy and satisfying and is probably the main reason I chose my new Crosstrek.
Whilst car salesmen and dealerships don't generally inspire feelings of trust or good customer experience, Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI are a stand-out enterprise that well and truly kicks that trend. After visiting several different car dealerships in Rhode Island it was extremely refreshing to find one that wasn't trying to hard-sell every unnecessary gizmo available and/or extract every bit of private/personal detail just to get a simple quote. The salesman we dealt with (a Mr. David Fontaine) was thoroughly professional and he actually listened to what we wanted which certainly isn't a common trait in other dealerships we visited. Communications throughout the whole process were highly satisfactory, the staff were always friendly and attentive and the leasing sale was punctual and deftly handled.
I have no complaints about Saccucci Honda and wish them all a Happy Christmas and a great New Year for 2019
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
I recently found myself in the market for a car and decided I was buying a Subaru. After going to a few dealers in the area and not thrilled by my experience, I walked into Anchor Subaru and was immediately greeted by Josh Ostrow. He was courteous, understanding and most importantly informative about the Subaru brand. He made sure I knew all of the features in the Crosstrek I ended up driving out in 2 hrs after I walked in the door. Thank you Josh.

I have too say, being a little skeptical of buying a used car from a dealer I was quite surprised when I stopped by Mastria Subaru. The salesman Ron C. couldn't of been any better. He is a true professional. He was easy to talk to and discuss the car I was interested in and walked me through the whole process. My son had been researching pre-owned pick-up trucks that were for sale. He was looking for a specific type of truck, and found one at Balise. My son called the dealership, and found the representative to be polite, courteous, and helpful with information regarding the truck. Based on the pricing he was told, we traveled from CT to the dealership. Sales Associate Zack Ford and Business Manager Chris Jutras were a pleasure to work with and made this purchasing experience (the first for my son) an enjoyable one.
Went to see and test drive a SUV. Sales guy was great. When I made an offer, the sales manager came and tried to play hardball and poke holes in the data/research I did. There were other dealers with better offers and lower mileage so I kept trying to politely leave. They tried to mansplain about a multitude of things and I just kept trying to walk out.
They went over and beyond to find me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Very friendly sales team, and I was impressed with their TEAMWORK. Danielle in particular was great.
