2019 Subaru Forester review
I’ve driven the Forester before and have been wanting one for two years. So now that it was time for me to give up my 2010 Legacy with 222,000 miles on it, I chose the Forester. The dealer is very customer friendly and very competitive in their pricing, even though I paid 25K plus for a four year old car…vestiges of the used car pandemic pricing. The car drives beautifully, smooth and quiet. I am very happy with my purchase.

Love my Forester only drawback is the tires are made of a soft compound and you only get 25k miles then they need to be replaced.

2019 Subaru Forester review
I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Love this dealership! Had another fantastic experience buying two vehicles from them over the weekend. We needed a second vehicle and looked at another dealership first, but had one of those old school, high pressure sales experiences and it turned us off. So, we headed to Sport Subaru where we bought our Outback several years ago and had a terrific experience. AJ met us at the door with a friendly handshake and a bright smile. We told him we wanted to look at a Crosstrek and gave him our price range and mileage preferences, and within 10 minutes he had two vehicles waiting and ready to test drive! Then we mentioned our terrible experience prior to stopping at SS. We were looking for a Hyundai Santa Fe originally. He found us two on their lot and we ended up buying the first one we test drove. The price was seven thousand less than the other dealership. After completing financing for the Santa Fe we joked about still wanting the Crosstrek. AJ quickly procured a trade in value for our current Outback, and with a loyalty reward and a little negotiation, we bought that car too! We financed both cars for the price of one at the first dealership we stopped at! Every step of the process was smooth and easy. We were there until 10pm, but it was a busy Saturday and we came in late in the day, not expecting to find two vehicles that suited our needs. We can't thank AJ and Marc enough for their patience and for going above and beyond. This dealership is a whole different experience. They listen, they respect their female customers and they make every step of the process easy. It's a whole different level of professionalism that you'll truly appreciate. We'll never buy a car anywhere else.

2019 Subaru Forester review
I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! I am new to The Villages, so I was unaware of Bill Bryan Subaru service center‘s excellent reputation. Several weeks ago, I was at an early morning medical appointment in Orlando and came out to my car to find my 5 year old battery dead as a door nail. I was able to get a “jump,” but I was very shaky about heading home and perhaps not being able to start my car later in the day. From Orlando, I randomly looked up Subaru dealers near TV. I called Bill Bryan Subaru service at about 8:30 in the morning...probably every service departments busiest time...and a very nice scheduler realized my panic and said “bring it on in”. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Alejandro Rosar. Not only did he have a new battery installed, he also had an oil change, much needed, added on to the service. The technician also performed a wonderful multi-point inspection. Alejandro went over that report with me and, I have to say, his attention and the new battery, the oil change, and the inspection gave me a very satisfied and secure feeling about my car. AND on top of all that, the service department gave my car the BEST wash my car has ever had! I highly recommend Bill Bryan Subaru Service Center and Alejandro and I will return.
