Fantastic Buying Experience!

After owning four Subaru Outbacks, I knew that I wanted another new Outback. My search began on the internet. Within minutes, I had received emails and calls from several dealerships. I was starting to feel discouraged because I wanted a base 2016 model, but in May, 2016 models were not being produced any more and 2017 models were not out yet. Also, the base models had pretty much all been sold. Canaan was one of the first representatives to contact me by both email and personally. He answered my questions directly and made me realize that I would be able to afford a Premium model, so I decided to drive to Colorado Springs from Denver the following day to see what he had available. In the meantime, I did a lot of research and knew that Canaan's prices couldn't be beat. When I arrived, we went for a leisurely drive where Canaan explained all the features on the car and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured and I learned a lot. After I bought the car, Canaan came out with me to sinc my phone to the audio system and even gave me a charger when my phone was acting up! He followed up to see how I was doing and offered to answer questions and to help me in whatever way he could. I have never had such a god car buying experience: no pressure, best prices, honesty, showing me how everything functioned on the car before and AFTER the sale, and great follow up. It is not often that buying a car can be such a pleasant and positive experience! Great job, Canaan!
