I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Bought my car online. The staff at St. Charles were great to work with. We made our deal and did the paperwork online. They arranged the shipment. There was just something about working with them and talking with them over the phone that gave me a good feeling that they were people of their word. I have my beautiful car in my garage and I am happy. So do not feel that you have to live in the area to work with them. If they have the car you want, make your deal, pay and have the car sent to you. I would be highly surprised if you are anything but pleased with your car and experience with St. Charles Motorcars.

I own a 2005 Subaru forester, LL Bean addition. It has 273,000 miles on it and it runs like it's new! I bought it used and replaced the water pump, timing chain, and gaskets as a preventive measure and it runs like it's a new car. I found that the repairs and parts are very reasonable compared to other cars I've owned. I live in Colorado and the Forester is amazing on snow. I live on a fairly steep Hill and this is the first car can handle it with no problem. It is an ample power, but if you want more power there is always the turbo option. The Forester can handle a surprising amount of cargo when needed, if you put the seats down and the ample headroom allows me to put my dog's crate in the back when needed. I have several friends who are hard core Subaru fans and now I completely understand why!

Professional, efficient, courteous, seamless service. Everyone with whom I engaged was polite and very helpful. Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, service work was completed well within the time parameters stated.

Love my Forester only drawback is the tires are made of a soft compound and you only get 25k miles then they need to be replaced.

As a senior I remember years back when you would rather have a tooth pulled than face a car salesmen.It was that bad. But oh how things have changed. The three people who took care of my wife and I were just great. Ed Troike the salesmen, Jeremy Cybulski finance and Jim DaLuga General Manager all went out of their way to make buying our car an extremely pleasant experience. All 3 would stop and just talk as if you were part of family. Ed was outstanding through the whole process. We had been to another dealership and they came no where near the deal of Brilliance. All in all, my wife and I would highly recommend Brilliance for buying your next car

Spontaneous windshield cracked to 2 1/2 feet in just seconds! No stones seen, without warning, bang. The part cost $850.00 more for eye-sight calibration! Subaru dealer said total cost, around $2000!

We were looking for a Suburban with a unique color and low miles. We searched for months. We finally found it at CAC. The only 2012 Cranberry red low miles LT Suburban in the county! We met with Farhon the CAC manager. Wow! This guy with his team excellent customer service. There was a small issue with a door window trim. Farhon and Ali took care of it immediately. We will definitely purchase another vehicle from CAC. Thank you for making one of our dreams come true!

I needed a car for my lengthy visits with my young grandkids and this car is perfect! I felt more comfortable buying a 7 year old Subaru than I would another used car. It’s easy to put the car seats in and there is plenty of room for everyone!

One of the best cars I have ever owned. It drives like a dream, has more get-up-and-go then I ever thought a 4 cyl. could have. I make a 3000 miles trip from Texas to Utah in may and averaged 34 miles per gallon. I would recommend them to everyone.

Original owner, drive for 10 years and 160k miles. With timely maintenance and regular oil changes every 5k miles had no issues with the car what so ever with very few minor anoences. 1. The car will trigger check Engine light if the gas cap is not sealed correctly. Had to check after every fill-up but the first several times was scarry. AC is week. In a heat wave you will sweat a little. Non turbo models fell slightly underpowerd. Not a big issue but you can feel it at times. Other than that I love the car. Spacious and roomy. Good visibility and AWD system you can not beat.

I highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Tom and he was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He worked with me over the phone and did not waste my time. We found a car went in test drove and he had all the paperwork ready. The was the fastest process ever. Highly recommend Tom he was truly great! 👍🏽

The Subaru Forester is indeed one of the safest cars on the road. I was in an auto accident (not my fault) and all my air bags blew. Wow, what a site--air bags everywhere! Car was totalled--got hit in front drivers side--and my only injury, aside from bruises, was a broken ankle. Impressed. Aside from that, we have had several Subarus and they have always gotten us through. The all-wheel drive system can not be beat!

I'm giving a review because I was treated well here. I asked a lot of questions and I was there for over a hour looking around and nobody pushed me to buy and that gave me enough time to think about what I really wanted and how much I could afford. I bought a 2017 Honda Civic Coupe and I got it financed by them.

Bought this car three years old with less than 50K miles on it. I’ve loved it since we got it. It has been very reliable, fun to drive, with pretty minor drawbacks. For example the maintenance has been very minimal. I haven’t noticed ANY oil burning or leaking (I have personally changed the oil every 3-4K miles). Sometimes on long trips it will burn some oil and need a top off, which the car alerts us to. Overall I’d buy this car over and over as long as it fit my needs at the time. Currently looking into an Ascent for future hockey trips and other trips.

I was very pleased with the Carlotz team. Brian did a great job answering my questions and kept the process moving along. It was probably the most simplified process I’ve ever experienced while purchasing a vehicle.

10/29/2022 2 wks ago i bought 2018 forester premium. Overall very happy with the vehicle. It feels solid for a small car.The drivers seat is very comfortable for me. Im 6"0 and weight 230lbs. My only complaint so far is freeway driving. Seems to wander alot and if on grooved payment with wind then it becomes a chore to drive.

My forth purchase from these guys and they continue to exceed expectations. Mike is always one step ahead and willing to provide excellent service. Thanks to all the team and I will be back for my next car.

I left a review several years ago and still am impressed with the forester, I've done most of the maintenance on it myself and it is do able, you can actually service the car which is amazing considering most cars in comparison. It does and has always used some oil, you must add a quart every 2000-2500 miles which is I hear inherent to the boxer design. It has been a good car and I plan on driving it till it drops which may be a while. I changed the struts in the front, along with wheel bearings and front discs for the brakes, ball joints, etc. The struts were beginning to rattle at 122,000 miles. You need to change the timing belt before 100,000 miles on these also of which I had someone else do, I've changed the spark plugs twice on the car and its not too hard to do, not issues other than a new battery and routine maintenance besides that. It drives just as it did when I first got it with 37,000 miles on it 6 or so years ago.

I have been through the car-buying process many times, some decent experiences, others less than awful. However, my experience through Palatine Mazda was unmatched in terms of service, speed, expertise, and human decency during the entire exchange. I mainly worked with Rigo, but I did interact with many others there who shared Rigo’s professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge. Rigo went above and beyond to take exceptional care of me during the entire process and was even cordial with all of my indecisiveness. Initially, Rigo wrote up a sale for a CX-50 Preferred, then looked into finding a CX-50 Turbo, and then finally closed on a CX-5 Turbo. They gave me above competitors' pricing for my trade-in and did not try to finagle down the price. I was in and out in less than two hours, which when compared to previous experiences at other dealerships, that time was unmatched. I have spent four to six hours in past dealerships where they use tactics to wear you down so you are more susceptible to accepting a less financially appealing offer. When the car was mine and I was ready to leave, Rigo sat with me in the passenger seat and went through every feature that the car had to offer, in a manner that wasn’t rushed, but extremely informative. He helped me connect my Bluetooth and Mazda app to my car and walked me through the functions of both. To top it all off, Rigo did all of this on his day off, after he had a wisdom tooth removed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used Mazda that wants to avoid all the hustle and bustle that is stereotypical of the car-buying experience. 11/10, would buy another car there again.

I bought this car in 2014...best car I ever owned. Have only replaced tires and am about to replace brakes. Now my husband wants one too.

Service was routine and fast and the fuel injectors were cleaned although I thought that would help with the car starting faster as there is some slight hesitation but that has not happened yet...maybe it takes some time to be affected.

My 2020 Forester does everything I ask it to, very effective and efficiently. I've owned over 100 vehicles in my life time and this one is with my top favorites. Good value, safe, economical, reliable, dependable, and over all quality is top notch. I am very pleased with this decision.

Bobby was excellent to work with. Very responsive and resourceful throughout my experience. He helped me organize everything from the loan application, which rebate to choose, the best way to go about accessories, and even helped me understand the best ways to ship the vehicle to California. He was also very generous enough to video chat to show me the truck when it arrived and even took extensive photos/videos for me before being loaded. He even negotiated with the driver to put my vehicle right behind the cab, so it had less chance of getting hit by rocks or other debris. You would be crazy not to work with these folks. Midwestern hospitality at its finest!

At 78 we had a hard time getting in and out of my Acura TLX. This vehicle is so much better for my wife and myself. Vehicle has more interior space, rides smoother, more safety features, better gas mileage, etc. Only time will tell if it is as reliable. Had the car now for 2 months.

My wife just replaced her Honda CR-V EXL with a new 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness. We absolutely love it! While the styling is a bit "boxy" for some, the functionality and outward visibility is top tier. And the Wilderness trim level has a substantially rugged appearance. The interior fit and finish is excellent. The standard AWD is a big plus. We opted for the Harmon Karden sound system package and the sound quality is incredible. We are now a two Subaru family as my ride is a 2020 Ascent.
