I just recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent Touring from Liberty Subaru (my second Subie purchased from them). The service was stellar, as I expected. Dan (Meola) checked up and checked in many times during the pre-order and sales process. My salesperson, Brian Goon was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and helped me configure exactly what *I* wanted in my Ascent (no easy task, since we were trying to assemble a pre-order before the accessories list was even finalized). When the car was finally delivered to Liberty Subaru, even before I signed the paperwork, Brian spent nearly an HOUR explaining EVERY button, knob, switch, setting, dial and readout inside and outside of the car. No, seriously, it was a 100° day, and we started on the outside, where he showed me how to remove and install the hitch cover, how the approach lighting and door lock/unlock sensors worked, where the cameras were, how to fold the 3rd row from the back, where the power was in the back, how the lift gate worked, etc, etc - in the brutal heat. We then moved on to the interior, where he explained everything on the inside from the simple stuff like how to operate the seats to the more complex stuff, like every setting in the Infotainment system, and the readouts on all three LCD displays. He then went through what every manual in the car was and pointed out the ones that were the most important (Eyesight, folks. READ THE EYESIGHT MANUALS), even though he'd already given me a crash course in everything in the manuals. Moving on from there, Tom in Finance finalized my financing - always a pleasure to deal with him!!! I had THREE order changes on my vehicle (I requested all of them) that affected financing, and Tom worked with me through every one of them! He helped me get the best rate and terms and found what *I* wanted for financing to make things work for me! By the time I'd left (after my first "off-road" trip onto their front lawn for a photo), Starlink was set up and done, they'd already cooled the car for me, and I felt comfortable with driving my new purchase!!! I'm tagging Ed Vogel in this as well - he was NOT my salesperson for this sale, but did help with some additional communications during the process and checked in with me to see how everything was going. Ed was my salesperson for my first Subie - a 2010 Subaru Outback. Ed and Brian are night and day in some respects. Ed is more laid back and quiet, while Brian is more enthusiastic and "excited". But, from there, it's all similarities... they both would only sell me exactly what I wanted. Neither of them ever pushed me to anything else or to buy anything I didn't want. Both of them answered every question with a ridiculous level of honesty that's rare to find in many car dealers. They both would answer questions and then wait for me to decide what I wanted. Different approaches, different people, but amazing experiences with both of them. Ed makes you feel comfortable and at ease while Brian feeds your excitement about your purchase - all while both of them provide stellar service in their own unique ways. You can't go wrong either way!!!

This is a great vehicle and we're so glad that we purchased one. We've had a couple of minor things go wrong that should not have such as the drivers side visor starting to squeak loudly. All said we are very happy with this car. On the down side there is now standard technology out there that is not available. Automatic wipers are missing and items like remote start and subaru's safety and security package are extra when Honda includes them both free. But my biggest issue is not the car it's that there is no convenient dealersl or service anywhere near me. The nearest service is 45 minutes away. The next car will have to be available locally.

I bought my second car 2019 Legacy from this dealership. First, I made an appointment to see a Sales Consultant on-line. On the same day, I received a friendly call from Robert Price who set up an appointment for me. On my appointment day, I met with Steve Durkin, Sales Consultant, who was friendly, helpful, patient and very professional. We negotiated but I never felt being pushed to agree on the price. Eventually we agreed on a price I am comfortable with. I also met Anthony Smolt, who was equally nice and friendly. The color of my choice was not available at that time but Steve promised that it will only take a few days before the next delivery. I have to travel for family reason and although the car has arrived in the dealership, I was still out of town. As soon as I returned to New Jersey after a month, I called the dealership and Steve was happy to inform me that my new car was waiting for me and the negotiated price was still in order. I went to the Dealership, sat with Steve and signed necessary documents in a very friendly atmosphere. I met with David Fried of Finance who has 110% patience with me. He suggested and recommended but still it was my own decision which optional product/service I will purchase. Then I met with Nick Gigantes who escorted me to my new 2019 Legacy. Another man with the virtue of patience, Nick showed me the interior features of my car. After thoroughly explaining to me everything, he has to do it all over again because I forgot what he just explained. I drove ???my pride and joy??? home. The next day, Steve Durkin called me to follow up on how I am doing with my new Subaru and he reassured me that if I have questions or problems or any difficulty, all I have to do is call the dealership and I will get immediate assistance. My overall experience with Wayne Subaru Dealership (the Sales and the Service Department) is truly exceptional because the staff like Robert, Steve, Anthony, David and Nick are exceptionally professional. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. This car is perfect for me. It combines comfort, reliability, styling and exceptional performance on all types of roads. I have the Touring turbo model which is very quick off the line and hustles down the road easily when prodded. Combine all of that with the practicality of an SUV and you can understand why I am in love with it. I prefer to drive it over my other car (which I also love), a 3 series BMW, because it is as quick but much more versatile.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Beyond Excellent Service: CHRISTOPHER PARANZINO (CP) Remember his name: CHRISTOPHER M PARANZINO - he is the best person you want to purchase or lease your new car from!! I???ve own my 2015 CRV for 18months before an idiot damaged the side of it while parked on the street. CP was the first person I called as I rummaged through my paperwork to find my registration and insurance information. I called him because he wrote his cell phone on my Honda envelope and I remembered him saying ???call me anytime!??? So I did, at nearly 9pm on a Saturday night. He answered the phone and settled my deep worry and anger and laid out the next steps. After arranging a tow, he told me to meet him at the White Plains Honda Service Center on Bank Street the next morning (yes, Sunday!) where he would took my keys and car information and told me that he would take care of everything with regard to the repair process and would call me the next day with an update. He even gave me a ride back to the MetroNorth train station so I can make my way home back to Throgs Neck. True to his word (a consistent trait of CP btw!) he assigned me a service advisor by the name of Angel Cruz who was just like him ??? on top of it! Together they supported me through the 24day period without my car, answering my questions via calls and text messages ??? never turning me away. Even the body shop the White Plains Honda dealership works with deserves a shout out (Thanks A&A Auto Body!) for their great customer service. When the car was ready, I left work early from Manhattan and I arrived with my insurance check in hand - but this is when I met my first roadblock because the insurance adjuster had the check made out incorrectly. Aside from being super pissed with my insurance company, CP came through again, told me what I needed to do with my insurance company and made sure that I had a ride home since I arrived with no car. He did this because it was late and dark and knew that I did not want to go back on the Metronorth to then get back on the subway to make my way home to northeastern section of the Bronx. Instead, he arranged for his one of his staff members, Jose, to give me a ride home since he was heading in my direction to go home. Jose was awesome and not once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Thank you for getting me home safely Jose and the quick lesson how to play the numbers ?! Two days later I finally picked up my car after fixing the insurance check situation and once again experienced awesome customer service. Anyone reading this review, I give you my word that all that I have written is true and I???m serious when I say remember his name ??? CHRISTOPHER M. PARAZINO, SALES MANAGER - HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU and you will deeply appreciate his attention to detail too! CP if you are reading this, thank you again for taking care of me and my Azulita (yes, that is the name of my car!).

My 1st Forester is a 2009 turbocharged model which is still going strong with 110,000 miles. The newer Foresters offer safety and convenience features mine doesn't have so I decided to upgrade. The 2019 Forester no longer offers the turbocharged version so I opted for a certified pre-owned 2018 XT Touring which has a turbocharger. I love the vehicle but because the turbo is no longer available, the used turbo versions have become quite pricey. I am keeping the old one for hauling dogs, lawn equipment and towing my utility trailer. The new one will be just for people for now. The vehicle is just the right size. I am 6'4" and would appreciate a little more leg room and thigh support but the Forester is as comfortable as any other small SUV I checked. There is plenty of headroom. The turbo does require premium fuel and has a lower mileage rating. With the turbo and sports tuned suspension, it is a fun vehicle to drive and worth the money to me. In over 10 years, the older one left me stranded only once when a drive belt broke after 100,000 miles. Based on reviews, I expect the same reliability from the newer one.

Excellent vision in all directions from the Forester. We like the no non-sense styling of the Touring 2.5i. Easy to get into and out of which matters if getting a few years on you. Very good gas mileage and handling with excellent performance. The AWD is certainly one of many key selling points. Fit and finish is excellent with very good reliability so far. We think it is a excellent SUV and would definitely purchase another Subaru SUV if needed.

Having had our eye on a specific type of car for a while, my wife and I came across almost the exact one we had in mind, at a price we could afford. We heard from other community members that this dealership was fantastic to work with. I had never purchased a car through a dealership before (having only bought private owner) so I went in with a bit of trepidation. Would we be overpaying? Buying things we don???t need? Talked out of the car we wanted for something more expensive? Etc. Nope! In fact, we were never even shown an alternate vehicle to the one we wanted. Our dealer, Nelson, made us feel quite welcome and never pushed us in any way. Whenever my wife and I needed a few minutes to discuss amongst ourselves, we were given plenty of time and space. We ultimately bought the car we wanted, and while there was a slight hiccup when I went to drive the car off the lot (car had a bad battery) Nelson and crew remedied the situation as fast as possible. I even received follow up phone calls afterwards to make sure everything was going good. Very much appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend visiting this dealer/ship when in the market for a Subaru!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I like this vehicle except for the engine shutting off when stopped. it does have an override switch, but if I forget to set it the engine will automatically shut off. that's the only thing I don't like about this car.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I had a battery with one bad cell (or so AAA told me after they started my car). So I called and then drove straight to Paul Miller Subaru which, as it happened, was having a sale on batteries. I checked into Express service and asked them to put in a new battery and check my wiper blades. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and I was back driving to work with a new batter for $100 plus installation and a new free set of wiper bladed that happened to be under warranty after 8 months. Pretty cool.

Hello, Because of the conditions of our roads in Westchester I was looking for a car that could keep up with the latest "pot holes". When I asked around one place and name kept coming up on a consistent basis. Everyone said to go to Stamford Subaru. When I did go I was introduced to Robert Fuch, and boy was I glad I spoke to him. He did not pressure me or my family in any way, and his professionalism is top notch. He takes his time and tries to understand your needs and what you expect from the car. He is a wonderful person to know and to have dealt with. Yes his recommendation on which type of car for my family and me was 100% dead on. We have already taken one mini-vacation (3 days) in the car and it drove and handled the road like a dream, just like he said it would. I am looking forward to take a 2-week driving vacation in 8 weeks in the car. If you are looking for a car and asked me whom I would buy my next car from I would not hesitate to say STAMFORD SUBARU and see ROBERT FUCH! I have 2-pinched nerves in the center of my back so a car ride anywhere is a new degree of pain. I explained the type of ride my back needs, the type of family car we need and he suggested and explained to me what type of car I should try. I suggested another car and he told me why that car would not be a good choice, but said we would try both cars. The ride was several left and rights, and over some bumpy roads.... even 2 potholes, and you know what? NO PAIN! It was the first ride I took that did not require a painkiller when I got out. I was so comfortable in that car that I did not want to try the other car. Since I did not want to test-drive the other car he suggested to just sitting in the other car in the show room to feel the difference on my back. Needless to say he was 100% dead on and I am very happy with my new car.

I loved the look of the Forester. I also liked the way it drove. I had to not get the Forester because when you fold down the back seats there is about a six inch hump . This as going to cause problems hauling items. There was also a good bit of space between the front seat and the folded down seats even if you moved the front seats all the way back.

I've owned my Tucson since 2011 and have always taken it to Towne Hyundai for oil changes and maintenance. I really cannot say enough about the service I've received. From the time I call on the phone for an appointment, to the service desk personnel, the service manager, and even the the guys who greet me and take the car into the service bay, everyone is courteous and professional. On my last visit, I had an issue that went beyond routine maintenance and they took me in quickly. It ended up taking longer than expected and they offered me a ride home, which I accepted. The gentleman, John, who drove me was professional and personable. When my car was ready, I went back to pick it up and still noticed a problem, so I called immediately. They told me I could bring it back and they would check it out right away for me, or they'd get it back into the shop the next morning. I brought it back the next day, and spoke with Brian, the service manager. He listened patiently while I expressed my concerns. He arranged for me to take the car out on a test ride with Tony, the mechanic, so I could point out the noise I was hearing. Tony asked questions about the car and took his time listening to my answers. I was offered a loaner and a few hours later, my car was fixed. My husband and I both drive Hyundais, and now my kids need cars for college. Guess where I'll be going for my new cars? The relationship I've had with Brian and the people at Towne Hyundai make buying another Hyundai at Towne Hyundai the obvious choice.

I like the comfort and the visibility of this car. All who have ridden in it feel that it’s comfortable too. Love the eyesight package which gives warnings regarding blind spots and so forth. Find it very easy to parallel park. My only complaint is that the audio controls aren’t intuitive to use, at least for me.
