We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.

The 2015 Impreza has been nothing but a work horse, never had any issues, always made me feel confident and safe on the road.
The people there were very helpful and none of them were pushy like they are at other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. They were also very accommodating when I needed a ride there to pick up my vehicle.

The car is far from perfect but dont let that deter you from purchasing a great car it's a awd 4 cylinder vehicle which you dont see as much,I've currently owned it for 2 and a half years and it's been great to me plenty of leg room and room for the backseat passengers handles well around corners in snow and in rain definitely worth a buy
Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)

I absolutely love my 2015 Impreza, it's extremely reliable in all types of weather thanks to its AWD system. I've never had any issues with performance or with its comfort. My one issue is slight and more surface related, but the screen and the operating system is very wonky. Their standard Starlink system doesn't work very well in this model, although I believe they did a lot to improve it in later models. Small complaint, but otherwise I've thoroughly enjoyed my car and would recommend it to anyone.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This car met all of my needs. It drives beautifully and is super reliable. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in a new car.
Had a great experience with the staff. The salesman, Peter, didn???t hassle me into anything I didn???t want. Lou was very helpful and down to earth. I was free to test drive the car for a good distance under supervision and the best part are the prices. The higher end models here cost less then lower end models elsewhere.

Super cute car both interior and exterior. Clean and in good condition. Not exactly the top performer driving wise but otherwise with the money in my opinion
Our sales person was great. Miriam was patient,informative and pleasant. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family for all sales needs.
Great Design and Utility, but Meh seats

Pros: I love that this vehicle is well designed and practical, and a smallish sedan that is AWD. It is a pleasure to drive through rain and snow and gets about 36 mpg in cruise control at 65mph, and about 31 in city stop and go driving.
Cons: Unfortunately, the driver’s seat has not been very comfortable. I regularly drive about an hour and a half to work and find that the seat is not supportive of my lower back. The side of the seat back cushion has also caved in. This happened gradually from the 30,000 to 50,000 mile marks. I have heard many other owners with similar issues.
The experience my wife and I had was very easy going we seen the car we liked on the internet called to schedule a test drive with Jeff campaniolio, and purchased the vehicle 2 days later.

This was our second Impreza Sport of this generation, the first being a 2013. We loved both of them and never had any mechanical problems. It went through the worst New England weather, even without winter tires. We’d stull have the 2015 had we not moved to Brooklyn.
A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.

This is a very smooth ride and I'm super pleased by the gas mileage. I've been driving it about 75 miles/day since I purchased it four days ago and the MPG has stayed around 35 which is very impressive for an AWD vehicle. Interior is nice and I'm looking forward to seeing how the car handles in the snow.
I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!
Spotless and pleasant showroom. Quite a few amenities for customer comfort. Dealt mainly with Jason Jarkes and Ed Chen. Both were extremely professional and fun to deal with. Several accommodations were made for my convenience and the overall process was very satisfying. Like most car shoppers, pushy car salesman tropes don't appeal to me and dealing with Jason was anything but. Sincere thank you to everyone at Quality Subaru for making my first Subaru purchase an excellent one. I would recommend Quality Subaru and its staff to anyone looking to buy a car, as I plan to return as well.
