They were so wonderful and walked us through everything step by step. You never feel like you are being taken advantage of here, but genuinely feel taken care of. Our girls love it here and the staff were so kind and patient with them as well. They felt like honorary employees :-). We always felt welcome when we walked through the door. The service writers are actually your friends if you listen to them. The mechanics are very good and find trouble spots that need attention. It is your decision after all, listen and make the right one.
When I went looking for a Subaru Crosstrek in a hurry because my ailing husband could no longer get into his Audi, I filled out a Consumer Reports form to start my search. Out of the six responses I got within 15 hours, April Zanotti???s stood out because it was friendly, straightforward, and offered a choice of cars at a good price. Everything went smoothly: the right car, in the right color, at the right price, and on the right day. April was always smiling, cheerful and to the point. The trade in went smoothly. All April???s colleagues were equally friendly ??? even to our dog when he came with me! ??? and I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough for making the purchase of a car a pleasant and efficient experience from start to finish. Oh, and we are very pleased with the car too.

I was able to buy a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 BRZ two weeks ago. I had been searching for this car for months and finally found one in great condition, with decent mileage and inside by budget. Tim R. was my salesman and he was very helpful in every step of the way. His manager, Michelle H,. was wonderful and was able to come up with a deal that we both felt was a fair shake regarding the sale price and the value of my trade-in. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a quality Subaru buying experience.
Excellent customer service. Excellent repair department. One problem - a new car includes the first 5 free express services - oil change, tire rotation, full checkup etc. If you bring the car in and you have any issue (simple) not covered in the basic service you have to come back for another appointment. Since distance to the dealer is a problem - this could be corrected by letting you get in the regular line if it's a quick fix.
Salesman, Wayne, made the purchase of my 5th Subaru very smooth. He was up front with options and prices and made a fair deal on my trade-in. Placed the order today and am looking forward to picking it up when it comes in.

Problem removing ignition key from 1917 Outback. Dealer where car was purchased did not fix it as they could not make it happen over a full day of trying. Problem continued intermittently, so we went to another Subaru dealer which identified the problem and fixed it. Very pleased.

I had been shopping for almost a year for a Subaru STI. I found a used 2018 STI with barely any mileage on it. Roger Homer, my salesman, was very helpful. He made the buying experience a pleasant one. I received a good trade in value on my Forester and the STI was reasonably priced. Michelle, the sales manager, was wonderful and Ray in the finance department was easy to work with. I would shop at Johnstons Subaru again.
I believe hey did a good job servicing my car. But they replaced my custom License plate's surround. They never did ask me. I did not notice till a few weeks later
