I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.
Lindsay and her assistant, Dominic helped me pick out the perfect car that fit my needs and budget. Chuck, the ganeral manager, was also very helpful in figuring out how to get me into my new Subaru within my budget and with a great protection plan. I definately recommend calli g Lindsay and her team for your next car!

For a compact car, it has plenty of room and leg room for four people. It handles well. It gets great gas mileage, and when the seats are down it has ample cargo space.
This afternoon I picked up my brand new Subaru Forester! I can't even put into words how exceptional my experience was! Amanda was my salesperson and she made the entire buying process effortless and FUN! If you're looking for a car dealership that FAR EXCEEDS expectations, West Herr Subaru is the dealership for you!

I don't want to bore you with the details, but this is the worst car I've ever owned. The CVT transmission is horrible at low speeds, especially with the air on. You feel like you are riding a bucking horse. The only way to prevent it is to accelerate hard which I don't do. Subaru mechanics tell me this is normal which is a flat out lie because I have had other Imprezas as loners and none of them did that. The two windows on the right or way slower than the two windows on the left. There's a rattle under the passenger front seat that I cannot find. Road noise is awful. The stereo system is again awful. The rear suspension is weak, if you have anything in the rear hatch it will lower the rear end which in turn will raise your headlights making everyone driving towards you flick their high beams at you. The brakes are making a grunting noise. Do I really need to go on? Subaru quality and reliability is a joke.
Hasan made our purchasing process for our new Subaru Crosstrek simple and actually fun! Our entire experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out in our new car was stress free and enjoyable. Hasan was very helpful but not at all high-pressure. We will definitely be returning to West Herr for any future car purchases and will highly recommend them to our friends and family.
If you buy anything else under $20K you're wrong!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this car is. It is not fast, but it is quick and a huge thrill to drive. I have heard that some of the CVT's are not so fun but I went with the 5-speed manual and it is a total joy.
Pulled my family of four and an 8' Uhaul 1300 miles without a word of complaint. Rips mountain roads like it doesn't know it isn't a WRX. Gets 30 Miles to the gallon if you baby it.
The car was in a flash flood just a few months after purchase, and after sucking all the water out the car continued on as though nothing had happened.
It recently suffered a front-end impact at around 30-35 MPH, the engine never shut off, no fluids leaked and I was able to limp the car home. Whole family in the car, my wife has injured her knee and I have some back issues, but the other car was totalled and completely immobilized upon impact.
All in all, the greatest car I have ever owned. Likely one of the greatest I will have ever owned. If this one does not survive the cost of repairs of this accident it will be an immensely difficult decision to consider a larger Subaru over the Impreza again.
Amazing experience. This is my 3rd Outback and i am cannot say enough about the car and the service. Chuck, Amanda and Jason were the personification of customer service. Nothing but West Herr Subaru for me and my family!
I purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from Jim Filipski and Jim made the sale easy and professional. I trust Jim's advice and will definitely purchase another Subaru from him in the future. Northtown Hyundai Subaru is most fortunate in having Jim as a top salesman.

My Subaru has all that I want or need. I am very impressed with my impreza. She is easy to drive, safe and has all wheel drive.
I live in Rochester ny. Made the trip for a low mileage used car. Turned out to be just what I was looking for. Very friendly sales. Competitive price. Even helped get it back to Rochester. Nice buying experience.

I was going to be sure that if I could find a lifetime car on my first attempt at purchasing a car, that I would take full advantage. It looks new, drives great, AWD, and was at an amazing price for it's value. I'm glad I found this car.

Staff was friendly and easy to deal with.
Cars are priced well, wish we would of come here first, it would of saved us some time.

I was looking for a sedan AWD and this was the only one I found that is very affordable. I love that it seems very dependable and I like both the exterior and interior look. It also has Bluetooth, camera, phone features and I love the speaker sounds system!

10/9/18 Buying experience of my used 2012 Chevy Silverado truck was pleasant. Had to call 2 days later with a dealer warranty repair for broken manifold bolt. Even though I bought a used vehicle and not a new one, I thought I was going to be thought of as a low priority. When I called, the Service Dept person (Dale I think) was extremely pleasant and showed me the utmost courtesy. He scheduled my service for the following week and it was taken care of as scheduled. My experience with both the salesman (Chris Banning) as well as the Service Dept was absolutely superb. The quality of the service work was performed with high quality. I definitely am an extremely satisfied customer all the way around. Thanks again!
