Rafferty Subaru is the only certified Costco Auto dealership in the area. Costco has a prearranged below invoice pricing on used, CPO and new Subaru's... no haggling necessary. AND Rafferty stands behind the Engine and Powertrain for LIFE beyond the manufacturer warranty. Newly remodeled dealership with full service center, parts, and customer lounge is refreshing as well. The Salesman, Farid Abumohor, was the best ever encountered. He took the time needed to tell all about the Nissan Sentra AND to answer all our questions ESPECIALLY two days later when we returned, after purchasing the car, with many questions. He took the time to sit in the car and show all. The Best!!
I was shopping for a used vehicle for myself. My credit was challenged and I knew it wouldn’t be easy to find something dependable ,more importantly, safe. Laurie was SO much help. She never gave up on me. Regardless how hard it was to finance me. She genuinely cares for her customers and is the definition of dedication. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.
Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.
We spent the day at this dealership and couldn???t have had a better experience. They met our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. I am so impressed with our salesman, he really treated us well and his experience showed. He was so patient with us and I am confident he gave us the best deal possible.

Had to take my Subaru in for an airbag recall. First time I called to schedule, I was told upfront there were no loaners available in next 2 weeks due to so many responding to recall. So I scheduled out 4 weeks ahead, relating to the woman that due to my unusual work schedule, it would be impossible for me to rely on their shuttle service, which would not be operational when I would be able to pick up my car.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I get a call back from the same woman, who tells me that they can not offer me a loaner afterall but would be happy to schedule the shuttle service with me. I again try to explain to her that my work schedule does not jive with the hours of their shuttle service, and it wasn't an option for me to end up stranded at work without transportation. She either couldn't or wouldn't comprehend what I was telling her. And she gave me another run around about getting a loaner.
I still haven't had my airbag replaced and I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. I'm willing to schedule around the realistic consideration that Colonial doesn't have enough loaners to offer more than a certain number every day. But they apparently aren't willing to work with me and my pain-in-the-butt schedule. But they sure are willing to send me endless emails and postal mail requests to trade up my vehicle.
I can’t not tell you how much Frankie was a help to my process of buying a car great salesman very Knowledgeable I’ve visited Kia Coleman in Ewing,Nj before but not to buy a car and even then I can honestly say the customer service is top notch and thank you Frankie
