We just got our second Subaru from Premier. This is the best dealership anywhere; we drove 3 hours from the north shore of Boston to do business with them. We would not go anywhere else. The process -- from application to picking up the new vehicle -- was a completely positive one.

This car is great. Excellent gas mileage and excellent in the snow. It's started right up even in the coldest weather. I would count on it in any weather. Comfortable ride.
Yes, I urge you find Parker Pearlstein at Premier Subaru in Branford , Connecticut . I devote his adroit negotiable of straight talk. He talks in business with you and us too. I like to see him again on this year. No blunt or No bluff among. Parker makes it straight out when you have finance complications. I tell you come finding Parker Pearlstein when you need a car. Before I went there, I got frustration that two dealers ignored me twice . I myself find Parker Pearlstein so I explained Parker about my frustration. Parker and I talk in our business . I feel better so I am ready to get a Subaru car on this year.
Love AWD no more just front or rear wheel drive.

Eyesight is a must, best in it's class, Symmetrical AWD works great - no more asking for help to get car out of snow (had Civic before, great car but snow was no fly zone).
Andi did an awesome job of patiently demonstrating all the features of our new car. She clearly understands how to concisely describe all of the new technology, answered all of our questions, and was able to ensure we were not overwhelmed!

This car meets all my needs and has a lot of character and spunk. Thoroughly happy with my decision to lease the Subaru Impreza Sport.
Very pleased with my experience all the way from internet department to sales to finance to picking up the car and being shown it???s features. I always do extensive research before making any major purchases. I shopped at multiple dealerships and premier was the best.
We recently leased a 2019 Forrester and had a very positive experience, having been taken care of by Parker Pearlstein. Parker is new to the auto industry and was very open about this when we first met him, during our initial visit to the dealer. But he was very friendly and very customer focused. Any question we asked that he did not readily know the answer to, he did his research and got back to us in a timely manner. Parker was a large reason why we decided to lease with Premier. Between the first visit and the time we signed a little over a month later, his knowledge in the vehicle details grew greatly and through that time he remained highly accessible and committed to our satisfaction.
I was very pleased with my experience today. Parker has the patience of a saint... being it was the holiday today it was hard to get in touch with our insurance company. Parker stayed on the phone and didn???t give up for over an hour. Paola was great going over all of the bells and whistles and making sure we were comfortable when we left. The best part was we left with the car. Overall experience was wonderful
Kevon was very easy to talk with and answered all of my questions throughout the car buying process. My car was not in the lot, so it was special ordered and delivered. Kevon always kept me up to date on the status of my car until it???s arrival date. For my first car buying experience, it was great. I highly recommend working with him for your future Subaru. Paola explained all of the details of my car and is one of the nicest people you will meet. Leaving the dealership, I felt extremely comfortable with all of features of my car.
The people there were very helpful and none of them were pushy like they are at other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. They were also very accommodating when I needed a ride there to pick up my vehicle.

I just passed 2000 miles in my 2018 base model Impreza hatchback. I’m very pleased with it. While no one would ever confuse it with a sports car, it has plenty of power for my needs. Handles beautifully, and the ride is very stable and solid. The interior is comfortable and spacious, particularly for a car in this class. The USB connection is a little dodgy at times, and I wish it got better gas mileage in the city, where I do most of my driving. I also wish that it came with a shiftable automatic. Otherwise, I feel I got great value for my money. And you can’t beat 0.9% financing!
I came in knowing what I wanted and Marc should me a car that matched. He added on some requested minor fixes and a few not so minor. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. It was a pleasure.

Incredible car and value - loaded with technplpgy and safety features normally found, or as an option on expensive German cars. All standard equipment here. Great handling, braking, ride, acceleration and visibility

This car meets all of my needs. I especially love the way it handles on the highway. It drives smoothly and is quiet. I love the Starlink system that links to my iPhone. For the value I feel that you get a solid and reliable car.
I recently purchased a vehicle at Dan Perkins, and I can't say enough great things about my experience. I greatly dislike going to dealerships. If only I had known better-I would have come here first! Not only, was Adam Arsenault super helpful in explaining all my options, he showed me all the AWESOME details about the car, and he never pressured me to buy or try to sell me some gimmick. I am new to the Subaru family, and definitely see myself coming back. From start to finish, I was always greeted by friendly people and they all made the process easy and comfortable. Shout out to the very helpful and super nice lady in financing dept. who gave me even more peace of mind selecting coverage options!
Front strut failed after only 10,000km

I was in love with this car until starting to hear strange noises, mostly on bumps. Took it in for the first 10,000km service and found out that the front passenger side strut failed. I only drive on highways and a bit around town (Toronto). No dirt roads, no impacts during these 10,000kms. I am pretty disappointed with Subaru, expected more.
Customer service said that this was not a quality issue....first and last Subaru I will ever have.
A special thanks to Bobbi for all of the time she spent with me, I’m so excited to be driving my new Subaru! Everyone was friendly and the process was super easy. I even got to drive my car home that same day!
