We found everyone at Bratt. Subaru to be knowledgeable fun and very easy. We worked mostly with Ian and Laura. Can't say enough good things about them both. The service man who made our car sparkle, did a awesome job. I am sorry I do not know his name. We would not hesitate a buy another car there at some point. So, thank you all!!
When I unexpectedly needed a new car asap, Zach found exactly what I was looking for. Within 24 hours of putting down a deposit over the phone, Zach had my car delivered to Brattleboro and ready for pickup. He was pleasant to work with and helped me get the pricing I needed. When I came to pickup my car, the paperwork was all set to go and with a few signatures, I was on the road in my new car in about an hour or so. Highly recommend Zach and Brattleboro Subaru!!

I went to Brattleboro Subaru because I was looking to trade my Forester in for either a crosstrek or outback. My sales associate was Zack. He was excellent and took time while I drove both cars. I really wanted a black SUV and at that this they did not have one on their lot. Zack did call me when he located one and instead of me driving back to Vermont, he had a runner deliver the car to me.
We just recently purchased a new Outback. We preferred the 3.6 engine and there were only a few models available in our area so we did contact Brattleboro Subaru even though they are located 70 miles from home. We started with email and unlike some other dealerships there was no push for a phone contact or "must come in" to see what they could do. Marie wrote back and said they had a new 2018 and she told me an amount they would take off the MSRP for starters and would work from that amount.. A 2019 was available but they would not be able to reduce it as much. All straightforward answers to my questions. There was no pressure to come in or even to call. It was worth a drive over. The car was what we wanted in a very nice color, We ended up spending a bit more than we had hoped, but after the process and before we signed anything, my wife and I both felt we had done as well as we could for the vehicle we were purchasing and that the dealership had made a reasonable and fair profit. It was a pleasant experience and we are quite satisfied.
