Excellent experience, no headaches, no hassle, left with a new Crosstrek. Tylor was excellent thru the whole process, answered all our questions, no pressure whatsoever. If I'm looking for another car, I'll visit Sangera first.
The folks here are friendly, knowledgeable, and hassle free. They made me feel like I was important. Although the actual parking lot was crammed and horrible to get to...The staff made up for it. Went to another dealership at first but bought here just because I liked the staff way better.
I was greeted as I drove in and was promptly assisted by the service advisor in scheduling my oil change. Since the service could be completed withing a short amount of time and the dealership has a comfortable waiting area I chose to stay and wait for the work to be done.
When the service was completed the service advisor carefully reviewed the service invoice and work that had been done and answered any questions I had regarding the service, future service needs and any general questions I had about my car.
I am completely satisfied with the work done and the care and attention I received from the service advisor and dealership.
I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.

What my wife and I did experience was their patience and willingness to educate throughout the entire selection process. You definitely need to talk to Mia Knicely at Yark Subaru. She is the best at what she does, taking care of the customer. Financing department is super too! They are thorough and get you on your way fast.
Put 18k miles on 2018 Subaru ,new car , tires are cupped. Dealer wants to sell me new set of tires with only 18 k miles . They cannot adjust tires sent me to firestone dealer. Have serviced car with Subaru dealer since new no mention of cupped tires as they rotated them. Cupped tires make thud sound at highway speeds. Feels like tire is slightly out of balance but makes annoying thud sound. Like flat spot on the tire. Other than tire issues the Subaru has been good buy and dealership is friendly. Service friendly too. Hopefully the Firestone dealer can adjust tires where Subaru dealer choose not to address. Lesson learned On what warranty covers today.
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
Thanks to Alex for all his help from the beginning of process to driving off with the new car on th same day. This is our third family Subaru. And we all happy with the process of buying them. Thanks again. And will be back in a few years to buy new Subaru

Frank got back to me immediately and was able to give me a clear, honest offer within a day. I had the best closing experience ever on my Forester lease. The paperwork was prepared in advance, I just walked in, signed and left with my vehicle, exactly as expected. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past, having purchased or lease many cars.
