We traded in our Equinox in a new Forrester after meeting Curtis & Alex at the auto show. They were wonderful, positive and helpful without being pushy. Alex took a ton of time to answer all our questions and take us around the lot. He stayed with us through the entire process, even delivered the vehicle to me 2 days later (in the Salem area) and went over every detail of the car to make sure I knew how everything operated. Stopped in at Mike Shaw while visiting the area from NYC to find a place to live. Just meant to test drive an Ascent but ended up ordering one that day. Despite my age, this was the first new car I was purchasing and the first car after 20 years of being car free. Alex V was super helpful with explaining the options ??? and that because of the options I picked it would take 8 to 12 weeks. When it looked like it might go a couple of weeks over, he kept me calm and the car (which is great) came in right at the 12 week mark. Great people. Low pressure. Excellent location for those of us north of Denver. You might have to bargain a bit for your discounts but you???ll also likely get more than the no-haggle places. Since it was my first time ordering a vehicle, I don???t know if it???s customary to offer a loaner in the meantime. They eventually offered but only after I whined a bit. (Again, I???m new to the negotiating thing so maybe that???s on me). Day of pickup, I was in and out of there in a flash.
I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.
Mike, the service shop's manager, is one of the most strait forward, honest, customer service based people I've ever come across. I came in for a simple oil change and was in and out quickly. I had questions and he had no problem taking time out of his day to help me. Thanks again!

This is our third Subaru, purchased through Harry. I think that says a great deal about this person. If we didn't feel like we were being treated fairly, we would have never purchased the first one. We love the car, but that is only half the story. The dealership is like a family member to us. The people in the sales, service and parts departments are first class. I am always treated as if I am their most important task for the day, and they do everything in their power to accommodate me and my request. They are good at providing advice, but not before they listen and understand what it actually is that I am requesting. As I tell everyone, they treat me like family.
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
