Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
This was our first time visiting a Ciocca dealership looking for a used Subaru Forester. We were greeted at the door and although it was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon, Kevin Acevedo immediately helped us. We felt comfortable with him and turned out buying a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Kevin turned us over to Ben Walsh in Finance and he did an equally great job. Overall terrific experience.
Samantha in the Internet Dept was very helpful and efficient scheduling a test drive with Fernando Santiago in Used Car Sales. Fernando did a great job - assisting me with several test drives and then allowing my personal mechanic to inspect the car. After the purchase Fernando toured the service and loaner department with me - so if I ever needed anything I would be familiar. I would buy here again and recommend others do too !
Adrian made our car buying experience so easy! He was great to work with and has a great personality. He went over and beyond with helping us get extras for the car and personally picking it up from another dealership to make sure nothing happened to my new car! I would highly recommend him!
Fernando went above and beyond to get me in a used 2011 Mini Cooper S All 4. The team along with Fenando assisted me in obtaining a comfortable payment. Purchase was speed under roughly 2hrs! Their service department is impeccable. Ciocca understands "Customer Service " hands down. I have been to many dealerships and they by far are the most understanding! Thank you!
I bought my second Subaru from Ciocca Subaru, and it was a great experience. Fernando was so nice, and he made the whole experience feel very relaxed and easy. He was also very kind to my family that I brought along, and he stayed late to help finalize everything. My first car was a Subaru Forester, and his name was Forrest. My family had many names that we were choosing from for this car, but I landed on naming her Fern, in honor of Fernando. Thanks for an awesome experience! Will be back again! :)
Went in with defenses up, expecting To go to battle. But quickly, that disappeared because Milton was so friendly and warm. He listened to my needs and went to work to find a car for me. I am SO GLAD to have worked with him. He is a big part of why I recommend Ciocca. Greg was also a pleasure to deal with. Harley was superb in service! Thanks to all for a good experience.

I do not like buying cars. In fact, I dislike it so much my last purchase was almost 20 years ago. But after doing online research, I knew what I wanted, and the transaction at Ciocca Subaru was fantastic. I will certainly be back, and maybe I won't wait another 20 years
My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Best car buying experience we ever had will be buy any car in the future from CarSense and will ask for John Stetzer.
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
This is the 6th Subaru Legacy that my husband and I purchased. Yes, I guess you could say we are obsessed with the car! We purchased a 2017 which was perfect inside and out. The prices at this dealership are very competitive which we appreciate. We enjoyed working with our salesman named Billy. Very trust worthy and honest. Also very well versed on the Subaru product line. I would recommend asking for Billy if you would like adding a Subaru to your garage!
