I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Front strut failed after only 10,000km

I was in love with this car until starting to hear strange noises, mostly on bumps. Took it in for the first 10,000km service and found out that the front passenger side strut failed. I only drive on highways and a bit around town (Toronto). No dirt roads, no impacts during these 10,000kms. I am pretty disappointed with Subaru, expected more.
Customer service said that this was not a quality issue....first and last Subaru I will ever have.
My first new car service trip, ever. Very professional and cautiously expedient. Like a controlled, chaos. I was left impressed how everybody worked together. The facilities are nice. I can't come with any bit of a negative comment. They even washed my car....

Incredible car and value - loaded with technplpgy and safety features normally found, or as an option on expensive German cars. All standard equipment here. Great handling, braking, ride, acceleration and visibility

I just passed 2000 miles in my 2018 base model Impreza hatchback. I’m very pleased with it. While no one would ever confuse it with a sports car, it has plenty of power for my needs. Handles beautifully, and the ride is very stable and solid. The interior is comfortable and spacious, particularly for a car in this class. The USB connection is a little dodgy at times, and I wish it got better gas mileage in the city, where I do most of my driving. I also wish that it came with a shiftable automatic. Otherwise, I feel I got great value for my money. And you can’t beat 0.9% financing!
A great sales person is one who listens, takes mental notes of the customer's needs and wants and suggests options with no pressure. This is what Tony did for me and I am very grateful for it! I appreciate his patience with me, as this was a big decision for me. He has extended his services by inviting me to call if I have any questions or concerns about the car after the purchase. This was very comforting. Tony is definitely the one I will refer my friends and family to when they need to buy a car.

This car meets all of my needs. I especially love the way it handles on the highway. It drives smoothly and is quiet. I love the Starlink system that links to my iPhone. For the value I feel that you get a solid and reliable car.
Dealer was very friendly and did not push us. We were in a bit of a hurry, and they did their best to get us through the process quickly. They were a little slow on the paperwork (we needed a loan) due to other customers at the same time, otherwise I would have given them a 5 star.
Perfect for a long commute in New England weather.

This car is the most affordable option that is suitable for snow as it has all-wheel drive. It is also very fuel-efficient for long commutes. It's perfect!
