We recently bought from Village Subaru and the experience was flawless. Erik Holm was delightful to work with. He had the most competitive price among 8 dealerships we reached out to. Eric found the car matching our specs within a day and threw in for free a few accessories that came with the car that we hadn’t asked for. All the negotiations were over email and on the pickup day Erik had all the paperwork ready and we were able to leave with our purchase in less than an hour. We highly recommend Erik and Village Subaru if you are in the market for a car.
Thank you to the Service Department at Village Subaru! The battery in my 2010 Outback started to fail. I called Village Subaru and asked if they could verify what the problem was. I dropped it off, and they replaced the battery for me that afternoon. They went above & beyond for me. I highly recommend the Service Department. Way to go, Service people!
This is my 2nd review of the Village Subaru Service department. These guys are still doing a great job. I had them put on new tires the other day and was told by the service tech that they usually do an alignment when they put on new tires. I also was concerned that the brakes may be waring down. I told them that I was more concerned about the brakes, but if I need the alignment its ok to do both.
I left and came back a half hour later and they were ready. Expecting the worst I looked at the bill. $88? I said I must be dreaming somebody pinch me. I said with a smile looks like the alignment and the brakes were ok? I was ready for a puzzled look and a, "whoops we forgot to check". But; without even taking a breath, he said nope the brakes are fine, you probably have another 10k on them and the tires were worn perfectly even no need for an alignment. I got up off the floor and said "you guys are amazing, I cant brag enough about you ".
To top it off I always get a call for the service mgr (its recorded, but we can cut em some slack on that, after all who else even cares?), and am reminded that my satisfaction is important to them,and to call if there are any questions.
Keep up the good work guys, there are some service places you can trust. Correction there is a service place you can trust.

Buying our new 2019 Forester at Patrick Subaru was Excellent, it was a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.Our salesman Nate Goodro was great to work with very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales. Made sure we were happy with our purchase.At delivery thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions. Prep. of the vehicle was also done very well. Great buying experience.
Al Pagliarulo was excellent to work with on the purchase of my 2019 Forrester Limited which I picked up yesterday. This is my first Subaru so I had lots of questions before I purchased the car, did 3 test drives, and had lots of questions when I picked up the car to be sure I knew how to work everything. Throughout the process Al was professional, no pressure, and answered all my questions. In general, I was pleased to find the atmosphere at Patrick friendly and respectful. I liked being greeted by the sales manager Susan whenever I walked in. All the staff seem to work well as a team. None of the craziness and hard sell you find at other places. I LOVE my new Subaru! It was a great choice for me!
I bought my first Subaru Forrester at Village and I was very impressed with them. I walked in cold and luckily i met a very honest and straight shooter by the name of Lincoln. Yes, that's his name. He's a salesman with fantastic knowledge about Subarus. He helped me decide on the Forrester and I am so happy I did. I have had several. People tell me how good it is in the snow and how much I will love. I would highly recommend Lincoln, especially if you are not sure what car you want. He knows everything about them. I love my car and happy with the deal we made. One trip to the manager and I had the price I wanted. No playing games. I don't do that. I will walk before I do that back and forth game. Lincoln did not do that. Good luck and I hope this review helped.
I had a good experience dealing with Zak, Vince and Chris. My daughter and I visited the dealership just to look and check out the Outback and Forester. We met sales associate Zak and test drove 2 cars. During this Zak was very pleasant, not pushy, very helpful in pointing out things and answering all our question. We ended up sitting down with Zak and Vince. They agreed to the trade in for my 2003 Highlander that I was hoping for. So I purchased a 2015 Forester 2.5 I premium and so far I am very happy with the car. If you like a friendly, patient, not pushy sales associate with no pressure, look for Zak. Elisabeth McD.
Had a great experience prurchasing my 2018 Subaru impreza from Anchor Subaru. We were able to negotiate a price I was happy to pay, that was less than any other dealer in the area. After owning my Subaru for two weeks, someone dented my car in the parking lot, brought in in to see if it could be "poped" out and the dealership was able to get the dent out and did not charge me. I would highly recommed Anchor Subaru to my family and firends.
I recently found myself in the market for a car and decided I was buying a Subaru. After going to a few dealers in the area and not thrilled by my experience, I walked into Anchor Subaru and was immediately greeted by Josh Ostrow. He was courteous, understanding and most importantly informative about the Subaru brand. He made sure I knew all of the features in the Crosstrek I ended up driving out in 2 hrs after I walked in the door. Thank you Josh.
I had spoken with Frank Lajoie on the phone prior to going into the dealership. I felt comfortable with our no-pressure discussion. It was nice to have my questions answered without having to go through a high-pressure conversation. Everyone was friendly when I walked into the dealership; I asked for Frank, and he was very welcoming. I was looking for a Forester Premium with no extra bells and whistles, and he respected that, unlike other sales people at other Subaru dealerships. He did not try to talk me into an upgraded trim package. The best part was that he directed me to a new 2018 Outback with a lower purchase price and much lower finance rate than the 2019 Forester. Success! I now have an Outback for a much lower monthly payment than the Forester. Frank was wonderful to work with! He is very funny and personable, and I truly appreciate the no-pressure experience. Tom Liddle was also great to work with in the finance area. He explained everything and answered my questions. We also had a fun discussion about his family and pets! I would highly recommend North End for a pleasant shopping experience.
You will never leave the service department disappointed; you will always leave with a smile on your face; and your vehicle fixed the way it should be in no time. I have been to other Service Departments and this is by far the best one.
