My salesman was Mr kyle Manley a young man that knows his job and is very professional.I would recommend him to anybody young or old.I wish him all the best in his career.God bless him.The guys in finance Department are also Professionals.But they made one mistake.And that was,after running my credit with their Bank(Chase) and didn’t like the interest rate that was offered.I should have been informed first before trying another Bank of their choice.I would have preferred PNC Bank instead because I have history with them( Mortage & Car Loan ) and my interest rate would have been far less than what they accepted from Bank of America.I will definitely be refinancing my car loan at a later time.Otherwise than that, I’m very happy with the 2019 Subaru Outback that I purchased.Thanks to the Management and staff at Faulkner Subaru.Happy Holiday guys.Mr Floyd
My sales associate Mark Kutovy. Always noticed my arrival at the dealership, from my first visit and successive visits. Kind, patient and accommodating. Anticipated needs, non-intimidating and well educated. If did not know answer to a question, found out promptly. I loved my experience during what can be distasteful (negotiating etc).
This is the fifth vehicle we bought from Faulkner Subaru and, in particular, from Wes Brown. He is the most professional car salesperson we have ever dealt with. He was accommodating in every way, phoning me with information and updates. He was very knowledgeable, answering every question I had about the vehicle, policies, and procedures. And he has such a nice manner, very personal, kind, and caring. He is a real asset to your organization and we recommend him to all our friends.
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. At a recent visit to A and T Chevy we were waited on by David. We found him to be a polite and knowledgeable young man. Our buying experience went well into the evening, test driving more then just one car. David never lost patience with us and our incessant questions, even when I know that we had interrupted his dinner and we were all growing weary. His level of professionalism never wavered. There was not a question that he could not answer, and I see a bright future for him in the automotive industry!
With my job I got VIP pricing on a new Subaru and decided to look into a new Ascent. Went to A&T Subaru since it was so close to me to do a test drive. They also had a demonstration of the Ascent???s Eyesight system that day and I managed to score a free Yeti cooler and a plush Ascent toy. Speaking of which I have two autistic kids and Kevin managed to get me another one so my kids wouldn???t fight lol. When it came to going over the car Kevin was extremely friendly and easy going and did not pressure me whatsoever. He helped lay out my options for a lease and clearly explained the various trims and pricing with options. With VIP pricing there wasn???t a need to haggle which made things much easier. I decided to place an order to my exact specification and thought I would be waiting 6-8 weeks or more based on feedback I heard from others in general. The Ascent just came out this year and has been hard to keep on the lot everywhere. Lo??? and behold i got a call from Kevin exactly 3 weeks from when I ordered it! Fastest turnaround I ever heard of for an Ascent after placing an order to specification though I think the dealer lucked out getting an allocation just in time. He helped to reduce my wait by sending me paperwork electronically ahead of time and when I got there my car was getting detailed! I was blown away when he drove it to the delivery area. Absolutely gorgeous! I???ll definately be coming back to A&T Subaru when my lease is over to swap for another Subaru!

I had a great experience buying a new Subaru at this dealer. They gave me the best price on my trade and the lowest price on the new car of any Subaru dealer within 50 miles. The sales, service and finance staff were all a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure at all and things moved along very smoothly. I've dealt with other dealers in the area and this is by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone.
