I've been getting both my 2011 Outback and my 2013 Toyota 4Runner serviced at Faulklner. Always a good experience. Bought my used Toyota from them. They gave me more for my used car than the other dealers on the same strip.
I have purchased Subaru's at 3 different dealerships over the past 15 years. Faulkner's, by far, was the best. Not only was the sales experience enjoyable but the service after the sale was and still is phenomenal. I had a very terrifying experience this week in which my 3 year old grandson was accidentally locked in my car with the keys laying on the front seat. He was already locked into his car seat. Within a half an hour, the service department was there to help. When I called, the woman that answered immediately got someone to the phone to reassure me that they would come quickly. I am sorry to say that I didn't get anybody's name to give individual recognition. I am so thankful for the excellent way this situation was handled. My grandson was fine throughout the whole time, we were playing peek-a-boo and making funny faces at each other. Faulkner's Subaru, you are the best!!!
I bought a 2014 Nissan Juke from Andy Czirok, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also dealt with Alan Riddle, He help me with my loan, he also was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
I love the way the car displays when a checkup is due and what needs to be done. It is also so easy to use the website to schedule the appointment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful at the dealership.
I am used to Bobby Rahal's 5 star response and service. I got a wake up call today. While waiting to have my recently purchased Certified used Subaru Legacy serviced because it would not start, (after 32 days of ownership) I thought of how convenient their loaner service is, and how they sent a repairman to my house to replace a battery still under warranty. Faulkner also mixed up our SS #'s on the credit app. which I was reminded about again when we both got letters noting that our credit score has been affected by this error. As far as the repair, the battery terminal was corroded, and apparently a software update from rev A to rev D was required. I had a lot of faith in Subaru when we purchased this car last month, now I am worried every time I reach for the start button.
I just recently bought my first Subaru wrx this week from Faulkner and must say I was pretty satisfied. I had an issue with a sensor that needed adjusted due to different wheels being put on. I made a call to the dealership and they told me to swing back by and they would take care of it. Not only did they correct the issue but they topped off my tank of gas and gave my car a wash. Now most people would have been irate they had to bring a brand new car back to have a sensor fixed but I simply understand how things get missed and stuff happens. Faulkner Subaru made it right and exceeded my expectations. Richard did a great job and was all around helpful. The manager was extremely friendly as well. Would certainly buy a car here again
