all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I went in for my inspection sticker and also air in my tires. Thank you for being prompt. The service advisor was great. Came right out when I pulled in. She explained that it may take up to an hour and that I could wait in the large waiting area. I received a text from her. She came to get me shortly after.

We purchased this vehicle last December. We love it! Today we had maintainence service performed, and inspection sticker. The service department is very efficiently run, the staff is courteous, helpful and explained everything that was done. While we waited for our car, we enjoyed warm beverages, and assorted snacks. I?m happy to say we will not hesitate to return.
