The service prices are fair. I like the video from the service tech describing the work he did. I was sent as a text message. Fairly cool new thing.

I went on a Saturday when they are probably their busiest,and was well received and respected even thou I was only buying an inexpensive vehicle. I highly reccomend this dearership.I made the deal saturday with a down payment and went back Tuesday to finish paying and pick it up.

Wow! Sales team complete package! Mo was amazing from intro to sale, which, by the way was seamless, and really worth my time. Fernando, Luis completed the team. From the minute I walked in the door, Mo took the reins and guided me through the buying process. He was kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car....and I had many. I've never been one to trust a car salesman but, that said, I've purchased several cars from North End Subaru over the years and 1. the process keeps getting easier and 2. I feel like I'm being treated fairly. Greg is always very helpful with finding me exactly the car I want and making the entire purchasing process smooth and pretty much effortless. They play fair with my trade-in and actually offered me more than I expected. Greg spent a good amount of time and went through the entire car with me at delivery showing me all of the many features.

Called dealer regarding my radio screen. Appeared to have bubbling inside screen. They double checked what my issue was and come to find out, it a common issue with Subarus. Also got it covered on extended warranty.

I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.
