Braeden was really kind and I didn't feel like I was being attacked by car salesman vultures. I was really nervous the first time I came in but the second time I felt more confident. I wasn't overly reached out to outside of meeting in person. I've never had a car buying process go so quickly. Will gladly pay a little more than I was offered elsewhere for a smoother more comfortable experience.

I am indeed very much indebted to Subaru service personnel Mr Vitaly. He is efficient and helpful. He is some I can count on to deliver my request. I have known him for the last Yelebe years. He is a great asset to Subaru management.

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. Everyone was very polite and professional. The waiting area was warm and comfortable. Interesting magazines including one on archeology. They discovered a problem with one of the lug nuts holding on a tire and corrected that. I thought Tommy, who was managing the department that day, was exceptional. I will definitely come back for service at Ken Ganley!

Had problems with Electrical, tried Caar Subaru where we had purchased our Forester. The explanation of the problem that my husband gave them made no sense to them. We became frustrated with their lack of customer service. We went into Royal Moore to ask for assistance. We were met by Isaha, the most charming young man, very helpful. Isaha went out of his way to help us determine the problem and understood what my husband was saying. He determined the problem, set us up with an appointment to have it fixed and the rest is history. We are having our brakes done there, our a/c recall taken care of and will be using Royal Moore service department in the future. Townson was very attentive and is always very polite. This is my third purchase from this location. The only complaint I have is the coffee is terrible. Otherwise it was great. I do wish it didn?t take 4 hours to buy a car.

I took my 2018 Forester in for state inspection and checkout of steering vibration. The checkout indicated the control arm bushings were bad causing the vibration. Due to this the inspection couldn't be completed. The parts to fix were not on-hand and couldn't be obtained for several days (due to Thanksgiving holidays). When the parts came in they called and an appointment was set up to repair. Since the 90K service was also nearly due, I asked about doing that as well. They arranged for that and since all this would take so long I was supplied with a loaner (a 2022 Forester). I was able to take care of several errands and have lunch before my car was ready. I picked up my car with all repairs, service, and inspections completed. The service manager worked with me to accomadate my schedule in the most hospitable manner. Absolutely the best for timely, quality auto service that I can trust was done right. Also, the cost of the bushing replacement was covered under the extended warranty (less the $100 deductable).
