My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru. Lloyd Henry was our salesperson- and he did a simply OUTSTANDING job. We live about 1.5 hrs from Ganley, so traveling to the dealership was a commitment, and (considering our prior experience with OTHER dealerships) a gamble. Mr Henry really has changed our experience in whole new way. Lloyd answered all of our questions and really went above and beyond to help us out in checking the vehicle over, before we ever saw it in person! We had a detailed description, close up photos, details of any dings or scratches and a detailed CarFax. Lloyd even detailed a few of the repairs that he would recommend once the purchase was complete. Very straightforward and HONEST. No surprises at Ganley, with Lloyd at the wheel. Meanwhile the other staff people were also very courteous and very helpful. We didn;t encounter any pressure or 'tactics. No push to 'upgrade' to a different vehicle. All fees and costs were plainly explained before we sat down with financing, and Lloyd even gave us an estimate on our local tax (something that a lot of salespeople overlook and us customers forget!). After the sale- we had a few courtesy calls, to be sure the transaction and customer satisfaction is well. I never write reviews, but needed to step out here. All around, an amazing experience and re-adjusted our understanding of pre-owned care sales. Thanks so much, Mr Henry!

I was in the market for a Subaru Outback and must???ve reached out to a dozen dealers in Ohio. Weeks after buying my the car of my wife???s dreams from Ganley, i still have other dealers sending me form emails about coming in for a test drive. The whole Auto market is broken from my perspective as a professional in business. My time is a precious commodity and if I???m going to spend $30K on something, it???s going to be with a person, and company, that respects it and uses it effectively. That???s exactly what I found in Ganley. With them, I was able to negotiate everything before ever stepping foot on the lot (Thanks Tony!). And, when I did get there Mike made sure that I was in and out and back to my life as quickly as possible, but also that I was valued as a customer. He even sat with me in the car and reviewed all of the options. He was a professional the entire time and never approached me in a fake way. I hope to buy my next car from Mike Hines. Jeff Rosen was also very helpful and Rex Davidson in Finance was absolutely perfect, explaining all options to me in great detail, but never pressuring me. Buying from Ganley was exactly the type of experience I prefer - helpful and productive, yet efficient. It started with Mike Hines and moved throughout everyone I interacted with. Fun to drive hatchback, winter-loving AWD

I have been very happy with this car over the past year and 10,000 miles. It is surprisingly fun to drive...even more so in the winter with tires one can trust in ice and snow (OEM tires wouldn't stop the car on wintry road and I replaced them). Great city car and good interstate road trip car too, sometimes getting high 30s mpg at 70 mph. Engine always willing. Handling is great. I can load my bike in back without its front wheel, seats down, or a mower with the handle folded down. Infotainment center is bland, but I have a newer Honda where I find the same to be aggravating. The Impreza is quite low to the ground, so I need to consider that around snow berms and rutted roads; the Crosstrek is the answer to that, if you drive in rural and rougher roads. It is always a treat to get in the driver's seat and go for a spin.

I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.

When i came into the dealership it was very clean & neatly kept. a man named Sean greeted me & my mother immediately & was very polite, he also was dressed very nicely which is rare to see at some dealerships. Original equipment tires wore out at 20,000 miles. Replacement Uniroyal Tiger Paws went 42000 more miles. Was unable to meet factory specs for wheel alignment. Despite that replacement set of tires wore evenly. If you purchase a new Subaru require that dealership align and show you results are at factory specs before taking delivery. The radio controls are difficult to use. touch screen is insensitive in cold weather. Radio knobs taper away from you so are difficult to grasp. Overall electronics are way overly complicated. Handling is very good. I like the CVT trans. It matches the power curve of the engine. Very secure car at highway speeds. Great traction in wet/snow. Zero mechanical problems. Great carrying capacity. I am at 62000 miles and will keep the car for several more years. Remarkable fuel mileage of 34.5 MPG overall.

I bought a 2006 ford fusion in April 2017. with taxes paid about 4500 dollars. The sales people were friendly and not misleading! The car had little rust some dings but over all a nice running car. the car had a lot of new parts on it. The only things it needed were a wheel alignment front tie rod end and fluid change, I put alittle money in this car but its been awesome! drove to Canada and Boston no problems! Mark S

I drove this Subaru Sport Premium for 6 years. My first AWD car and I loved it! This car blew my Mazda 3 wagon out of the water. There was no comparison for driving in snow, ice and rain in New England. It was the mid model and I was very happy. Cloth seats were fine and comfortable, ample storage. Bluetooth was bad, and generally the cars Tech was sub par. My major complaint was the advertised 26 city / 37 hwy MPG. This estimate IS criminally wrong. Not even close, after 6 years the best combine was 25 MPG and that included round trip drives from Boston to Montreal with NO stop lights for 100s of miles. Also issue with 'wheel bearings' at the tune of $500. According to the mechanic, Subarus are know for this issue and this was only one rear wheel, uugh. But this car did me fine for 6 years and choose to trade up to a new brand and leave the awful MPG and 'wheel bearings' behind. I'll see how the Buick Encore goes for 6 years.

My husband and I purchased our first Lexus in April 2016. We were a little apprehensive about working with a dealership over 100 miles away.My thought was they are not located here-in our town- and if we purchased a vehicle we would be forgotten. When we visited the dealership we were met by Francesco Nappo- a young salesman with a friendly smile. He was very upfront with us and answered all the questions we had- I had a lot! Frank was very patient with us and showed us several times how all the accessories worked- never annoyed at any of our redundant questions. Prompt replies to both text and phone. Frank even took it upon himself to set up a website that has videos of common problems and the solution to fixing them. We have never recieved the courtesy and respect that we received from Frank. The commission was long gone but yet he returns calls, answers our questions, and bends over backwards to be a good person- even though we are two hours away! We are impressed with Francesco and thought everyone should know what a great job he is doing. I’m sure all the salespeople are fine but he is the one we trust and have confidence in. I would appreciate if you could see that this message gets to the right people so they know what a fine person they have working for them and what a great job he is doing. I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru started making deliveries in June and I received the 3rd Ascent received by Ganley in Wickliffe. Brad and Mike Kaminski kept me informed throughout the process and while they weren't offering any deals on the Ascent due to the high demand and limited production, they did work with me on the trade of my 2016 Outback. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and while the process is always a little painful, dealing with the guys at Ganley Wickliffe is relatively pain-free. The 2019 Ascent is the 2nd Subaru, I've purchased from Ganley Wickliffe and the 6th Subaru that I've owned in my lifetime. I love the car and its a good group of people at Ganley Wickliffe. They are low pressure and well informed.

We needed to purchase a good clean used vehicle for our son. We purchased a 2009 Honda Civic LX. It is his first car and required to get him to his first professional employment (a summer internship). Kelly Derrick was our salesman and took excellent care of us. During the initial test drive, we discovered that the air conditioner was not working. After committing to the purchase price of the car, Ganley stated that they would fix it. We discovered the fix to be a multi-day process. On Day One they recharged the system with coolant, we picked up the vehicle to discover that the coolant leaked out of the system and the AC was blowing warm air. On Day Two Ganley discovered a couple of additional major components that needed to be replaced, the compressor and the condenser. True to their word, Ganley replaced these components at no additional cost to us. On Day Three we picked up the vehicle and are now happy owners. Kelly did a terrific job of keeping us informed of the status of the ongoing repair. I am fairly certain that Ganley did not account for the final cost of the AC repair in their asking price for the vehicle. I am also pretty sure that they did not profit from the sale of our vehicle. Yet they honored their commitment to repair the AC (on their dime!). It is refreshing to find a dealership with such integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone. In a bit or "small world" irony, the car was originally sold as a new vehicle by Bob Androsko at MotorCars Honda. Bob is my former neighbor, friend on the staff at Ganley's. Dan Clements, Shaker Hts

We looked for a smaller SUV, and the Subaru was a pleasant surprise. Aside from the fact that it comes with known Subaru reliability, it's fun to drive. The standard equipment is almost TOO much!! The safety features are incredible ( especially vs most American vehicles ). I would definitely recommend this vehicle to others!?

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.

Took it in for my first oil change on my 2018 Civic as I was around 6k miles. I could have said no, as I didn't think I needed an oil change AND tire rotation however I paid the extra $30 to do so. Took them about 45 minutes on a Saturday morning which is the norm. The guy I dealt with was nice and conversational. They also let me know that a critter of some sort has been building a nest in the car. Had me take a look at it before the cleaned it all out.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Just leased a brand new 2016 VW Jetta from these guys. Might I first add that the car I leased before that was a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT from their Chrysler/Dodge store and it was the best car I ever had up until now... Had it 3 years and never one problem with it! My previous car had died that morning and I needed a new one ASAP, and they did all they could to get me into the car I wanted the same day and at a fair price. The experience was great, but this time around was even better. I never owned a European car before, and was interested in the VW line. What a great car! I fell in love with a beautiful bright white Jetta SE with Connectivity and they drove to Cincinnati, OH to get me the exact one I wanted. It was fast and drove like a champ, felt safer and more solid than any car I've ever driven, and was laid out on the inside with black leather, sunroof, touch-screen display, rear back-up camera, and Bluetooth/smartphone connectivity. The payment was fair and they did all they could to get me into it quickly. Gretchen (a friend of my husband) started the process and was very friendly and helpful by directing me to the great guys across the street at their VW dealership. The two sales guys, Matt and Bob, that assisted me through the process were very knowledgeable, super-friendly and down to earth, and a total pleasure to deal with. I've never had a better experience or dealt with friendlier sales persons at a dealership before! I was very impressed! Matt found and got me the car I wanted, and Bob finalized the paperwork and spent over an hour with me on Matt's day off just making sure I understood and became familiar with my new foreign car. He also set everything up for me (radio, Bluetooth, and Car-Net account.) Overall, the dealership was great and in a nice location, the car I got is awesome, and I would definitely lease again from any of their dealerships. So glad I went there and I give them 5 stars all the way!
