TJ Chapman Auto has done my auto repair for years. Whenever I have gotten bids from other facilities, TJ Chapman Auto has always been a much better price. He gets my car in and out when he says he will, and I have never had a problem with any of his work. About a year ago, I thought I needed a paint job on my car, but TJ suggested that he do his refurbishing special on it. It saved me a lot of money and the car looks great (he has pictures of before and after if you'd like to see them). I am a single woman and a senior citizen and I appreciate having someone that I can trust and know will do a great job for me. If I ever need another vehicle, TJ Chapman Auto is the place I would go. I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.

I've notice a lot of confusion from other reviews with the customer service and service at Prestman Auto so I thought I'd add my two cents and my experience. First of all, they have a policy where they allow you to browse on your own without any interruptions from annoying sales reps. If you need help for a test drive something else, just ask any staff for an available sales rep to help you and they'll find one. Also, if you don't understand why their prices are so low, you should read on their website to learn a little about them because they aren't your typical car dealership. About 2 years ago I bought a 2013 Ford Focus ST-3 from them for an excellent price. I have loved my car ever since and I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially my fellow car guy/gal.

After having my car totaled due to an accident that wasn???t my fault, I spent three weeks dealing with the ensuing insurance process, which was elongated by unfortunate timing of holidays. When I finally was ready to make a purchase of a replacement vehicle, I traveled 5 hours from Wyoming down to Prestman Auto because of the fantastic prices I had seen online. I was summarily impressed by the dealership. For all of the stress that comes with a crash, buying a car, test driving, getting financed, etc, everyone at the Prestman dealership made the experience as smooth as possible. Micah was friendly and not all pushy, willing to answer any and all questions. As a first time car buyer, I was able to get financed at a great rate, and the assistant sales manager, Debbie, walked me through the process with a smile on her face. I never once felt talked down to (always a concern as a young female). When I left the dealership that day, I had a vehicle that I was thrilled to drive and a major weight lifted from my shoulders. I couldn???t have asked for a better first car buying experience.

My 2017 Impreza Sport has been flawless, The miles per gallon have been great, but 10% less than rates because I drive it aggressi. I love the new platform of a small SUV hatchback. There is so much space to carry loads of luggage.

This car is an AWD car like all Subaru's and it also had phenomenal gas mileage. Recently went on its first long road trip and it got an average of 39 miles to the gallon. I have had other cars of it type and none of them feel as sturdy as this one. The only issue that I have with this car is sometimes the backup camera can have issues, but this is supposed to be fixed in an update.

First Subaru but not first AWD

I bought this yesterday Feb 1 2019 with 20,700 miles on it from the dealership at Southpointe Hendricks Subaru in Durham, NC. I think the dealership did not give a great deal. charged more than they should have. I got black Premium. The car seems higher than the sport model i tried in a different place which had everything on it. This one doesn't have the blind spot or auto braking before a collision and I think I should have had that. The car drives well but has a lot of body roll and some engine noise. Though outside noise is negligent. Brakes well and corners well as the turning radius is smaller than the legacy. It doesn't feel as planted as my BMW 2011 3 series with X Drive but that is a different category of car altogether. But for all the other cars in it's price range drives very well and looks stylish and classy in black as well as the AWD which even in if you have some snowy days in the winter is useful as well as in the rainy days in all the other seasons. I cannot say much of reliability as i have not owned it but one day. Hope it is. All in all, the affordability and the AWD and the safety that drew me to the first Japanese car I have bought. And no, not a BMW but drives well and I am satisfied.

Really good in snow...sucked at everything else

I honestly hated this car. The only time where I loved it was in the snow...because it just never got stuck. Like I could have snow up to my fenders and still mash the pedal from a dead stop and not slip once. Like it was kind of unbelievable in the winter. But with having standard awd it's kind of expected. But everything else...it's uncomfortable, the electronics tended to just stop working...regularly...like the radio would shut off at random, the back up camera would stop working whenever it felt like...radio presets would reset, the screen would stop working...just a headache sometimes. The check engine light would pop on every once in awhile seemingly for no apparent reason and then go off without warning. It got TERRIBLE GAS MILEAGE...like literally terrible... For a four banger I literally only averaged like 23 mpg....on a good day got 25...never higher than that...and I do ALL highway driving. I bought a f**king Challenger and that thing averages 30 mpg...and has DOUBLE the power. It's insane. And I don't understand it. And the car is ungodly slow and I HATE the CVT trans...it's literally the worst thing ever. I wanted a manual but I settled for the cvt because I didn't want to wait a week when I needed a car at the time. It is what it is. If you don't care about fuel economy, performance, working radios, electronics in general, and just something that you can get from point a to b with little to no issues then get a subie...But if you actually care about all that stuff then I'd stay very far away from this car. Maybe I'm being harsh, but I don't really car. Literally the MOST BORING car I've ever owned...and I used to own a 1998 Ford escort that broke every other week and that thing was still more fun than this... Just happy to be out of it. Someone else's problem now.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Nate Wade Subaru was exceptional from start to finish! My initial contact was through an online inquiry and request for an ePrice - I was connected with Josh Kelly. Initially I was just testing the water as to my options to upgrade from my 2013 Subaru Legacy to a 2016 Legacy with EyeSight and other new safety features. I had my heart set on a specific color and was flexible with the options, to a point. A couple trips (225 miles each way) to Nate Wade Subaru to check out inventory and test drive a few cars - helped set me on the track to purchase. The only difficulty was when I decided on options I wanted and found that there were two cars on the lot appointed as I wanted - but neither in my preferred color. Josh searched other dealers and found there was actually one a short (40 minutes) away which was exactly what I wanted. It was a Saturday - a busy one at Nate Wade, Josh had several customers simultaneously and I never felt that I was anything but his top priority. He took the time to try to contact the other dealership to see if they would do a dealer trade for the car but the other dealership said they were shorthanded and didn't have time. This didn't stop Josh from trying other routes to see if the car was actually available and could be obtained for me. He said if it was he would drive there and get the car for me. Needless to say, the day ended without word from the other dealer so I went home. By the end of the day Sunday, I felt I'd adequately explored my options - between getting the car from the other dealer or selecting one on the lot which had the options but not the exterior/interior color I preferred. I was back on the road to Nate Wade Subaru on Monday morning. I met with Josh briefly to look over the printouts for the different cars, then went to look at the vehicles they had on the lot. Josh went to work to see if they could get the car from the other dealer. Ultimately this dealership agreed, but had changed the price on the car - so I declined. (Sorry to put you through all the Josh!) Instead I purchased the one at Nate Wade even if it wasn't the color I'd originally hoped to find. It is a lovely car (same exterior color as my 2013) and has some really awesome features! Once I'd finally made up my mind, Josh handed me over to Nick Poulos to finalize the paperwork. Nick is quite a character! It was a pleasure getting to know him a little while he walked me through the sea of paperwork. It truly felt like talking with an old friend in the short time in his office. He definitely added a nice personal touch to the process. Thanks so much Nick for the special care and everything! I really enjoyed driving home (3+ hours on the freeway). It was a stormy day and my new Legacy handled the slushy/snowy road with nimble road-hugging reliability that I expect, know and love! Subaru's are the best and Nate Wade Subaru and their staff are top notch! Thank you all!

I hated dealing with Car dealerships and car Salespeople, however my experience at Prestman Auto today has changed my outlook. Fernando Orlandini was so professional and personable, I know he was working diligently to find the right car for me and he did. He even worked well after hours to secure the car I wanted. Both my husband and I couldn???t stop talking about what a different experience it was than any other time we purchased a vehicle. We will return when it is time for him to get another car. My 'No-Worry' leased Subaru Outback was coming up on 6,000 miles and needed it's first service. (And I was conveniently reminded of this by email). I'm on online chat and text person so that's how I scheduled the service knowing that I could have them come pick up the car and deliver it back to me. What I didn't realize until they asked for my DL and insurance information was that they were giving me a loaner car. Bonus! And the loaner car was supposed to cost $40 but they didn't charge me. I got text messages advising me that the concierge service was on it's way and could even track them as they traveled. Once they had the car they updated me by text that the car was complete and let me request the same concierge service for it to be dropped off and the loaner car picked up. This is the car world I've always wanted to live in. I bought this car online and only went into the dealership to drop off my trade in. (And apparently they are working on even eliminating that trip to the dealership in the future.) I really love this car but the service I've received has sold me on Mark Miller Subaru. They make car buying and maintenance easy.
Fabulous car, some downsides

To be honest, the car is great. It looks and feels great in and out. The seats are stylish and the dash is sleek and has a large touch screen (mines a Sport model). However, there are downsides. I love how cool the screen is, but not having buttons feels dangerous. I have to look down too much to hit the buttons since I can’t feel then like a regular radio/whatever. Secondly, whoever thought it was a good idea not to make he cup holders round is crazy. Half is curved, but then it’s straightens out to look like a short bullet shape. What this means is that no cup is secure and the drinks bounce around and when you learn about it it’s from spilling coffee all over in your brand new car cuz you went over train tracks. Third, the transmissions jerks sometimes when you let off the accelerator. When it downshifts you can feel the car since back as the transmission starts to stop the car when it should be saving energy by coasting. These I’m told are normal traits in the car. Lastly, the 28mpg city rating is false. I get 20 in the city driving like a grandpa. Apparently these things suck when the engine is could and my 2 miles commute sees the worst efficiency I can imagine for a brand new 4 cylinder with such a good rating. All in all though, I like it and it’s a sexy car.

The new 2017 Impreza 5-door (hatchback, wagon) truly hit the mark for us, so we leased one. Better value for money than similar hatchbacks elsewhere due to AWD, iSight, comfort, handling & mpg. Been driving Toyota/Lexus since 1973 but as our second car, this one's a winner.

We had a wonderful experience when we went into Ken Garf auto in West Valley. They had taken into count what the whole family wanted in a new car and provide 2 cars that we all fell in love with. The sales team of Cory who showed us the vehicles and made sure that we liked what we saw, Matt and Josh that did the finace. We ended up purchasing the 2016 Kia Sportage, this fits the whole family's needs. #KENGARFFUSED#PAYFORMYCAR
Like it but has a couple of factory flaws.

Original equipment tires wore out at 20,000 miles. Replacement Uniroyal Tiger Paws went 42000 more miles. Was unable to meet factory specs for wheel alignment. Despite that replacement set of tires wore evenly. If you purchase a new Subaru require that dealership align and show you results are at factory specs before taking delivery. The radio controls are difficult to use. touch screen is insensitive in cold weather. Radio knobs taper away from you so are difficult to grasp. Overall electronics are way overly complicated. Handling is very good. I like the CVT trans. It matches the power curve of the engine. Very secure car at highway speeds. Great traction in wet/snow. Zero mechanical problems. Great carrying capacity. I am at 62000 miles and will keep the car for several more years. Remarkable fuel mileage of 34.5 MPG overall.

I love my car! The sport version is perfect and has everything for a great drive, without too many bells and whistles. Nothing beeps at me when I'm reversing, leather seats are comfortable and heated and it's the perfect size to fit almost anything (including a xmas tree!). My only gripe is how slow it is to pick up when you put your foot down - this response could be improved. Would buy another one.
