Scheduled Service with no pain!

I arrived a bit early for service on my 2015 Fusion (great car), and was taken immediately to fill out the paperwork and turn over my keys and mileage. I was directed to the waiting area where, even with the renovation, they had comfy seating, TV, desk area, coffee, and doughnuts. After a short time, they came in and said I was ready to go.
Quick, simple, no problem!
Great experience, and the staff is stellar!
