Hello, Because of the conditions of our roads in Westchester I was looking for a car that could keep up with the latest "pot holes". When I asked around one place and name kept coming up on a consistent basis. Everyone said to go to Stamford Subaru. When I did go I was introduced to Robert Fuch, and boy was I glad I spoke to him. He did not pressure me or my family in any way, and his professionalism is top notch. He takes his time and tries to understand your needs and what you expect from the car. He is a wonderful person to know and to have dealt with. Yes his recommendation on which type of car for my family and me was 100% dead on. We have already taken one mini-vacation (3 days) in the car and it drove and handled the road like a dream, just like he said it would. I am looking forward to take a 2-week driving vacation in 8 weeks in the car. If you are looking for a car and asked me whom I would buy my next car from I would not hesitate to say STAMFORD SUBARU and see ROBERT FUCH! I have 2-pinched nerves in the center of my back so a car ride anywhere is a new degree of pain. I explained the type of ride my back needs, the type of family car we need and he suggested and explained to me what type of car I should try. I suggested another car and he told me why that car would not be a good choice, but said we would try both cars. The ride was several left and rights, and over some bumpy roads.... even 2 potholes, and you know what? NO PAIN! It was the first ride I took that did not require a painkiller when I got out. I was so comfortable in that car that I did not want to try the other car. Since I did not want to test-drive the other car he suggested to just sitting in the other car in the show room to feel the difference on my back. Needless to say he was 100% dead on and I am very happy with my new car.

I have been very happy with this car over the past year and 10,000 miles. It is surprisingly fun to drive...even more so in the winter with tires one can trust in ice and snow (OEM tires wouldn't stop the car on wintry road and I replaced them). Great city car and good interstate road trip car too, sometimes getting high 30s mpg at 70 mph. Engine always willing. Handling is great. I can load my bike in back without its front wheel, seats down, or a mower with the handle folded down. Infotainment center is bland, but I have a newer Honda where I find the same to be aggravating. The Impreza is quite low to the ground, so I need to consider that around snow berms and rutted roads; the Crosstrek is the answer to that, if you drive in rural and rougher roads. It is always a treat to get in the driver's seat and go for a spin.

What a pleasure! If you are as OCD as me and do your homework in researching a vehicle and its pricing as well as dealer reviews and you are looking for a Subaru, this is the place to go. First off, I have owned and/or currently owned Nissans, Toyotas, Jeep, Plymouth/Dodges, Acura, Suzuki (don't ever do that!), Hyundai, and Ford/Mercury's. In fact, I owned a 1976 Subaru box car (orange) to which the head gasket blew within 4 months of ownership, so I was a bit queasy trusting Subaru again. More and more research including articles from Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Cars, etc., all pointed to, for me, the Outback and so far, knock on wood, I am pretty confident that the decision I made was right. As to Bill Kolb, Jr., I had the pleasure of dealing with Holman Cano; professional, friendly, no-nonsense approach to which most of our conversations were by telephone or e-mail. I spent a total of maybe 2 hours at the dealership in two days. 1 night to see if the vehicle was right for me and getting to the price and financing again, right for me; and the other time was to go over the vehicle in detail. A++++ to you guys. Hope to deal with you again when my wife is in need of a car.

My experience with the sales person Jorge Batista was the best!!! I had a wonderful experience leasing a new Subaru thanks to his commitment and professionalism. His knowledge about the car, persistence and treatment convinced me to give him the deal. He worked out different options to satisfy me, purchase or lease he showed me all in detail. He really put the costumer's needs first. His main focus was to make the deal and he was very successful at it. When I went to pick up the car, Jorge and his team had all documentation ready for me to sign. Once papers were signed Jorge proceed to go over with all car technical information. The technical section had two parts; theoretical and practical. Jorge even had some car adjustments pre-set for me. He took his time to explain all settings and he showed me and my husband how to do them. He gave my husband and I lots of confidence on this car. I highly recommend Jorge Batista, the dealership and the entire team to potential costumers, friends and family members. I'm delighted with the treatment and professionalism Jorge brought to the deal.

I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.

I just recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent Touring from Liberty Subaru (my second Subie purchased from them). The service was stellar, as I expected. Dan (Meola) checked up and checked in many times during the pre-order and sales process. My salesperson, Brian Goon was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and helped me configure exactly what *I* wanted in my Ascent (no easy task, since we were trying to assemble a pre-order before the accessories list was even finalized). When the car was finally delivered to Liberty Subaru, even before I signed the paperwork, Brian spent nearly an HOUR explaining EVERY button, knob, switch, setting, dial and readout inside and outside of the car. No, seriously, it was a 100° day, and we started on the outside, where he showed me how to remove and install the hitch cover, how the approach lighting and door lock/unlock sensors worked, where the cameras were, how to fold the 3rd row from the back, where the power was in the back, how the lift gate worked, etc, etc - in the brutal heat. We then moved on to the interior, where he explained everything on the inside from the simple stuff like how to operate the seats to the more complex stuff, like every setting in the Infotainment system, and the readouts on all three LCD displays. He then went through what every manual in the car was and pointed out the ones that were the most important (Eyesight, folks. READ THE EYESIGHT MANUALS), even though he'd already given me a crash course in everything in the manuals. Moving on from there, Tom in Finance finalized my financing - always a pleasure to deal with him!!! I had THREE order changes on my vehicle (I requested all of them) that affected financing, and Tom worked with me through every one of them! He helped me get the best rate and terms and found what *I* wanted for financing to make things work for me! By the time I'd left (after my first "off-road" trip onto their front lawn for a photo), Starlink was set up and done, they'd already cooled the car for me, and I felt comfortable with driving my new purchase!!! I'm tagging Ed Vogel in this as well - he was NOT my salesperson for this sale, but did help with some additional communications during the process and checked in with me to see how everything was going. Ed was my salesperson for my first Subie - a 2010 Subaru Outback. Ed and Brian are night and day in some respects. Ed is more laid back and quiet, while Brian is more enthusiastic and "excited". But, from there, it's all similarities... they both would only sell me exactly what I wanted. Neither of them ever pushed me to anything else or to buy anything I didn't want. Both of them answered every question with a ridiculous level of honesty that's rare to find in many car dealers. They both would answer questions and then wait for me to decide what I wanted. Different approaches, different people, but amazing experiences with both of them. Ed makes you feel comfortable and at ease while Brian feeds your excitement about your purchase - all while both of them provide stellar service in their own unique ways. You can't go wrong either way!!!

Why in the world did I give up my beautiful Benz for a Subaru Outback? Simple: The Outback is a great vehicle. From its good looks, great feel, quality interior materials, comfort AND reliability, Its multiple safety factors are another big plus, not only for me, but, for my family members, including grandsons who are clamoring for a chance to drive it. Also, I don't have to strain my back and legs sitting in the low designed MB E350, which I had enjoyed for many years. Getting in and out of the Outback does not pain my senior-citizened aging body. It's easy to get in, get out and very comfortable to sit in and drive. I love the design, all around. The trade in and sales process was painless. First, the sales person, Dan Rovelli was polite, personable, professional and knowledgable about the product. I submitted a request through the Liberty web site specifying what I wanted and within hours, he got back to me by email with the exact car (color inside and out) that I wanted equipped exactly the way I wanted. And, the price was the lowest I had gotten from other dealers. The trade-in given for my MB E350 was higher than the other dealers. I picked up the car and it was delivered within 24 hours of my first contact with the dealership. Dan stayed in touch with me by email to make sure I understood all the features of the vehicle and encouraged me to ask him any questions. I did, and he responded within an hour. If I can give Dan 6 stars instead of 5, I would. He is a true gentleman and was a delight to deal with.

I drove this Subaru Sport Premium for 6 years. My first AWD car and I loved it! This car blew my Mazda 3 wagon out of the water. There was no comparison for driving in snow, ice and rain in New England. It was the mid model and I was very happy. Cloth seats were fine and comfortable, ample storage. Bluetooth was bad, and generally the cars Tech was sub par. My major complaint was the advertised 26 city / 37 hwy MPG. This estimate IS criminally wrong. Not even close, after 6 years the best combine was 25 MPG and that included round trip drives from Boston to Montreal with NO stop lights for 100s of miles. Also issue with 'wheel bearings' at the tune of $500. According to the mechanic, Subarus are know for this issue and this was only one rear wheel, uugh. But this car did me fine for 6 years and choose to trade up to a new brand and leave the awful MPG and 'wheel bearings' behind. I'll see how the Buick Encore goes for 6 years.

While shopping for a used, low-mileage Subaru Legacy I stopped in to Ramsey Subaru to test drive a 2014 2.5i Limited and a 2011 3.6R. One young sales associate took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and personable. I decided although I enjoyed the 3.6R's added horsepower, the fuel economy and super low-mileage on the 2.5i Limited made it a better value (not to mention the fact that it was also a CPO -- Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I was not set on the sticker price at the time, came in spoke to another sales associate and it didn't seem like they were willing to budge on it. I gave them my information and asked them to call me when the price came down. I went to several dealerships in the area to test drive other used Subaru Legacys and other comparable cars (Acura TL, Acura TLX, etc). After returning home the following weekend, I noticed that the car had dropped near $1900 on car gurus. It was Saturday night and I knew the dealership was closed on Sundays, but I called and e-mailed anyway. I told My sales consultant Dan Willis that I'm ready to put a deposit down on the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited that I had test drove the week before. He got back to me first thing Monday morning, I put down a $1000 deposit. The dealership was very patient with me as I wanted to get a couple of fixes done to my 2005 Subaru Legacy that I planned on giving my nephew for his 17th Birthday. When working out the numbers with the Finance Manager, Michael Pandolfelli, I was given a couple of interest rates for different finance terms, I told him that he absolutely has to continue to work and get me a lower rate. A day or two later he called me back with an excellent rate with my bank of choice! When I came in to pick up my new car and finalize the paperwork, I noticed the price had dropped AGAIN on the dealership website, when I asked him to honor the newly discounted price, Michael said he can do that for me. When discussing extra options like extended warranties, it was slightly over the monthly payment I had OK'd myself to spend. He asked me what that monthly payment would be (difference of $3 or $4 / month), he made that happen, as well. After signing off, Dan Willis the Sales Consultant, brought me to my immaculately clean new (used) car and gave me a full walk-through on all the features the car included: Power-Sun Roof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, Heated Seats, Back-Up Camera, Stereo and many other features. He made sure he answered any questions that I had for him and was happy to drive home. These two made my buying experience a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ramsey Subaru in the future!

Original equipment tires wore out at 20,000 miles. Replacement Uniroyal Tiger Paws went 42000 more miles. Was unable to meet factory specs for wheel alignment. Despite that replacement set of tires wore evenly. If you purchase a new Subaru require that dealership align and show you results are at factory specs before taking delivery. The radio controls are difficult to use. touch screen is insensitive in cold weather. Radio knobs taper away from you so are difficult to grasp. Overall electronics are way overly complicated. Handling is very good. I like the CVT trans. It matches the power curve of the engine. Very secure car at highway speeds. Great traction in wet/snow. Zero mechanical problems. Great carrying capacity. I am at 62000 miles and will keep the car for several more years. Remarkable fuel mileage of 34.5 MPG overall.

My experience at Ramsey Subaru however, with Kyri, has made me actually rethink my ???ahh who cares about a review, I got what I want??? mindset lol. So to start, I went there interested in seeing the new Subaru Ascent. We were welcomed by Kyri as we were looking around the vehicle. He didn???t bother us after that, just a friendly ???hello and welcome if you need help I???m Kyri??? kind of approach. We eventually approached him with some questions. He was more than open and very down to earth with me and my wife, as well as my mother whom were with me. And since he was so down to earth I feel I should be blunt about my review and honest. From the start I didn???t get the ???xxxxxxx salesman trying to push a car on me??? feeling I???ve gotten other places. this is my 7th car I???ve owned, my first Subaru. Ive owned Audi, Toyota, Mercedes, Mazda, & 2 BMW???s. He was very straight forward with a lot of his answers and didn???t mind that we of course, were trying to pinch some pennies (or more of course). He made numerous trips to his boss to talk over what we can do as far as getting the best for our money, as well as our trade in on our BMW which we were negative in equity! All in all a very great experience. I can go on and on but nobody is going to read that big of a review. In the end what???s important was we were all happy. And got what we wanted without feeling like the dealer still ???won??? lol. Very great experience and would recommend Kyri to family and friends anytime. Thank you Kyri from the Porter family!

I was referred to Ramsey Subaru by a co-worker. I actually let my co-worker do the formal introduction because I felt a bit intimated by my former automobile purchase experiences. At Ramsey Subaru, my Sales Consultant was Steve Rouhana and I cannot say enough great things about working with him. He demonstrated passion for his job, was attentive & kind and really helped me to get the color/make/model (2017 Crosstrek Premium - Desert Khaki) car I wanted and at the price that I could afford. Also, I worked with two additional & impressive people: Michael (Financing) and James (Auto Functionality Tech). At Ramsey Subaru, it's obvious that they are believers in this kind of specialization. One group of people (sales) demonstrates the car. Another group (sales managers) works out the sales price, trade-in values and calculate payments. A third group ties up the loose ends of a deal and does the final paperwork. It appears that they all work well together with their main mission 'to provide the best customer service expeirience'. Unbelievably effortless purchase with really super people!

We looked for a smaller SUV, and the Subaru was a pleasant surprise. Aside from the fact that it comes with known Subaru reliability, it's fun to drive. The standard equipment is almost TOO much!! The safety features are incredible ( especially vs most American vehicles ). I would definitely recommend this vehicle to others!?

This newly-opened Subaru dealership is DEFINITELY the one to go to if you are looking to buy a Subaru. The staff has set out to change the paradigm of car buying/selling, and have done away with all of the superfluous nonsense that one normally has to deal with in order to finally come to an agreement on the terms. They bottom line it for you without the back and forth hassle of taking trips to the ???back office??? (that doesn???t exist) to speak with a manager (who actually went home 4 hours ago). They truly have changed the experience for their customers. Fair. Honest. REAL. Three words one NEVER commonly uses to describe a car salesman, or the dealership for which he/she works. But it's true. I leased my new 2019 Legacy from them, and they REALLY took care of me. I don't care where you live - this dealership is worth the trip. And once you experience what it's like to buy/lease a car with this professional, motivated, and innovative young staff, you will not likely want to shop anywhere else. They kept every promise they made, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want (or need), and answered every question I had. A special shout out to Michael Dymnicki for all that he did to help us, and for knowing us BY NAME whenever we stopped in to see if my car was on the lot yet. He was just so, so nice. Thanks, Mike! And another thank you to Nino Tiburzi (sorry if I spelled it wrong) for making the process so much less painful, and for keeping all of your promises to me. Thanks Nino! And finally, thank you Andrew Carlson! You made the final stretch of the process so much easier. Thank you for actually taking the time to look at the ???scratch-dings??? on my old Subaru, and for being honest about the fact that the ???ding plan??? wouldn???t work for me. Definitely go. I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.

I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek after leasing various VW cars since 2002. I went to South Shore Subaru, in Lindenhurst, on a Saturday afternoon not realizing it was their grand opening event. Immediately, I was assisted with deciding on a vehicle, a model, and various leasing/purchasing options. I was offered food, snacks, and drinks from their event multiple times by various employees. I had an appointment on Monday afternoon for the completion of my loan and purchase. (Note: I could have made the purchase on the Saturday, but my down payment was in a bank that closes early on Saturdays.) John T. and Ray T., from South Shore Subaru, are absolutely excellent at what they do. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend South Shore Subaru, John T. and Ray T. I also highly recommend a Subaru, specifically the Crosstrek. Granted, I've only had it for a few days, but it is a beautiful, solid crossover that his really fun to drive. Also, the employee (I cannot remember her name) at the entry desk was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful, and actually remembered me on my return visit. I look forward to being (and staying) in the Subaru VIP family. Thank you.

My 2017 Impreza Sport has been flawless, The miles per gallon have been great, but 10% less than rates because I drive it aggressi. I love the new platform of a small SUV hatchback. There is so much space to carry loads of luggage.

I now recall that Marc Debenedictis worked with me for way over 6 months as I considered many options. I started with exploring buying or leasing a used Impreza; whether to trade-in or not and/or how to add another car. I had to decide for whom I was getting this second car: me or my son! From Marc's creative knowledge of options such as Military Offers to Leasing vs. Owning, I drove off with my new Legacy with Eyesight Safety feature. This is my 3rd experience with Curry Subaru and my 3rd Legacy Sedan with the All Weather package. Now we are a TWO Legacy family, and my job is done. My son has received his Legacy from me, in advance. I cannot speak highly enough about working with Marc. As I said above: Patient, Professional, not Pushy. But more than that, Marc is thorough, available, approachable and more. (Yes, the post-it notes in the driver's manual show all that). Through the years, from my black 2005 turbo, to my gorgeous 2011 Golden Brown/Bronze sedan, to my current beloved back seat driver Extra Safety Model: "Mom" for short, I have enjoyed dealing with the Finance Team, the Service Team: (All unsung heroes: Go Nancy Fiducia! and everyone.), and now, with Marc. What a ride!

I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it was working with Chris and Art. From the first call I made to them to the time I was able to drive my car out of there was less than 3 days. They were accommodating in every way imaginable, and went above and beyond to help me with the process. I did not feel an ounce of pressure to buy anything when looking at different options. There was a small leak in an oil line that they easily could have never told me about. HOWEVER, they were quick to call me and let me know that the part had already been ordered from dealer and fixed it free of charge in under a day. The used car salesmen reputation certainly does not hold true for these two and I would recommend them to family and friends any day of the week. I will never lease or buy a car anywhere but Hudson Auto Traders.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The most amazing customer service I've ever had, I bought a 2016 Mustang in Pennsylvania and 3 days later the car was breaking down on me, so I called the Ford dealership next to where I live in Mahopac and they told me that I would have to wait more than a week until I even had an appointment, let alone the time it would've taken them to fix my car, so I hung up and called Brewster Ford. A very nice woman answered the phone and got me an appointment that day. I came in, dropped my car off and 20 minutes later I get a phone call and the man in service(I believe his name is Dino) told me he got the car fixed up and ready to go! I will never go to Mahopac again. I will always drive the extra 30 minutes to Brewster Ford, they're amazing!!! Thank you so much!
