Long review but Im still in shock with how well I was taken care of. This dealership is top notch. Long story short, they helped me get into the car that I wanted and helped me stay within my monthly budget. The basics: -the entire sales team is very friendly and welcoming and not in the "we want your money AND your first born" sort of way -no pushing me into something that I didn't want -no insisting that I "really could" afford a 2017 -very attentive, understanding, and kind salesman Bill Germano Now, the little things that go a looooong way: (in no particular order) -Bill came and picked me up at my home to come and sign paperwork -he stayed well past the time he should have gone home so I could go on a test drive -the night that I drove away with my new wheels, one of my headlamps zonked out. (Not sure if it was like that before I left, or if it happened after) BUT I sent a text and got a reply right away (this was at almost 8 pm, well after close). Called Alan first thing in the morning and was told "come in whenever you can and we will take care of it right away." I did, and they did! I walked in, told the young man (if you read this Im very sorry I didnt catch your name!) at the service counter my name and he said "Oh yes!! We are SO sorry!! I'll take care of that right now!!" 10 minutes, and I was in an out! Plus he gave me a cookie and a water and another very sincere apology!! -Leah in finance helped me immensely to stay within my budget -while signing my paperwork, Alan was very thorough and made sure I understood everything by answering all of my questions. I could keep going. But honestly, after how well this ENTIRE establishment treated me, I don't think that I'll be buying a car from anyone else!

I just purchased a used vehicle from Shannon motors in Woonsocket .We were a little nervous about what the results would be.Due to some hard times we went through over the the last few years, my credit wasn't the best ,but we needed a vehicle.We heard some good things about Shannon motors,but we didn't have much confidence.so I would go online ,look at cars saying this would be a nice car ,but didn't know if we could get one.Well a wonderful lady called us ,her name was Shannon Souza,very nice personality and she was very patient with us,because we still didn't think we had a chance,so while we didn't think there was a chance of owning something nice ,she would leave a message asking if we were still interested in buying a quality vehicle in which she would follow that by saying she would guarantee we would leave with a car and would be very happy ,she didn't know this but she started making me believe maybe I could get a car.So finally I made an appointment but I wanted the appointment to be in the Woonsocket branch and Shannon souza was in warwick , I guess it was meant to be ,Shannon moved to the Woonsocket branch that weekend of my appointment well needless to say me and my wife felt very comfortable with her there.then I meat Jared the owner who seemed to do all he could to get us in a preowned vehicle, and there was this young ladie also named Shannon who did the paperwork ,she explained everything clearly to us ,I guess having a name Shannon doesn't hurt when you work for Shannon motors.everyone made us very comfortable ,and they weren't pushy like some salesman can be .I just had to share this to anyone looking for a nice peowned vehicle with people who really want you to be in a in a nice car .thanks

So far I must say I have been pretty pleased with the everyone at prestige. Bobby was my salesman and was very up front with me , I did not feel pressured during negotiations and Bobby was up front with me. I like how nobody tried any sketchy sales tactics such as taking my keys; after my trade in was appraised I was given my keys back before negotiations started. I was given more money for my car than any other dealership offered me (including the big guys) Bobby Martin and I sat down and reached a number we both agreed upon , although it was close to closing time for the dealership, I met with finance and was told there was an 80% chance of approval and I would know the next day. The next day I remained in close contact with the Prestige but they still did not hear back from the bank, on the third day, I was informed that I had gotten approved and could come in to finalize paper work. On this day my salesman Bobby came in on his day off to to finalize everything and be sure the truck I bought was clean , he agreed to meet me at 6:00pm and he was there right on time. Bobby was honest and let me know that the vehicle would still need to be serviced and let me know when to call to schedule service. After driving the vehicle, I did notice an exhaust leak , Bobby assured me that they would get this fixed and I spoke to the service department and they scheduled a drop off time for service and agreed to issue me a rental without any hesitation. So far I have nothing to complain about , buying a used vehicle is different from buying a new vehicle and the dealer really makes or breaks the purchase. I will be sure to send all my family and friends to Bobby as long as the final stages of my purchase and the service to the truck is successful and I have no doubts that this will happen and in a short time period. Prestige won't offer you free lunch and a padded waiting area , but to me, that's not the purpose of going to a car dealer, prestige will not heckle you to purchase a car. Prestige will be honest with you and let you know if a deal can be made . When I met with finance for the final time I was told that my interest rate went up a couple percentage points, but I was assured I didn't have to make the deal , the difference was $18 a month and I chose to agree to this , but I wasn't pressured into this. Bobby is an upfront person who won't lead you on and then let you down , I am sure everything will go well with prestige's service department and I will be a happy customer. Thank you to Bobby Martin, Jerry and everyone else who helped me out.
Like it but has a couple of factory flaws.

Original equipment tires wore out at 20,000 miles. Replacement Uniroyal Tiger Paws went 42000 more miles. Was unable to meet factory specs for wheel alignment. Despite that replacement set of tires wore evenly. If you purchase a new Subaru require that dealership align and show you results are at factory specs before taking delivery. The radio controls are difficult to use. touch screen is insensitive in cold weather. Radio knobs taper away from you so are difficult to grasp. Overall electronics are way overly complicated. Handling is very good. I like the CVT trans. It matches the power curve of the engine. Very secure car at highway speeds. Great traction in wet/snow. Zero mechanical problems. Great carrying capacity. I am at 62000 miles and will keep the car for several more years. Remarkable fuel mileage of 34.5 MPG overall.

I have been very happy with this car over the past year and 10,000 miles. It is surprisingly fun to drive...even more so in the winter with tires one can trust in ice and snow (OEM tires wouldn't stop the car on wintry road and I replaced them). Great city car and good interstate road trip car too, sometimes getting high 30s mpg at 70 mph. Engine always willing. Handling is great. I can load my bike in back without its front wheel, seats down, or a mower with the handle folded down. Infotainment center is bland, but I have a newer Honda where I find the same to be aggravating. The Impreza is quite low to the ground, so I need to consider that around snow berms and rutted roads; the Crosstrek is the answer to that, if you drive in rural and rougher roads. It is always a treat to get in the driver's seat and go for a spin.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. First Subaru but not first AWD

I bought this yesterday Feb 1 2019 with 20,700 miles on it from the dealership at Southpointe Hendricks Subaru in Durham, NC. I think the dealership did not give a great deal. charged more than they should have. I got black Premium. The car seems higher than the sport model i tried in a different place which had everything on it. This one doesn't have the blind spot or auto braking before a collision and I think I should have had that. The car drives well but has a lot of body roll and some engine noise. Though outside noise is negligent. Brakes well and corners well as the turning radius is smaller than the legacy. It doesn't feel as planted as my BMW 2011 3 series with X Drive but that is a different category of car altogether. But for all the other cars in it's price range drives very well and looks stylish and classy in black as well as the AWD which even in if you have some snowy days in the winter is useful as well as in the rainy days in all the other seasons. I cannot say much of reliability as i have not owned it but one day. Hope it is. All in all, the affordability and the AWD and the safety that drew me to the first Japanese car I have bought. And no, not a BMW but drives well and I am satisfied.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.

I had read the reviews that this car had a luxury car ride and it is true - pretty amazing for a small AWD car. Add in the top notch reliability (for 2016 model), safety, and good looks/features of the sport / hatchback model and you have a great car for the money!

This car is fun to drive being a manual transmission with plenty of torque. Super reliable in all weather conditions. Fun to visually mod with tints and rally car features. It is very safe and looks great. I own this car currently and love it so much.
