We then came into the dealership and were greeted by our assigned salesman, Mohammed who provided excellent service and a signed contract exactly in accordance with what we had been offered. We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.
I recently went to Car Dex to shop for a new car after my car decided that it didn't want to run anymore! The selection was great with all the "hot wheels" and the hot service only complimented the cars if not raised it to a higher level! The reason I gave 4 stars for the buying process was because the selection was so much that I had trouble buying a new car!
I bought a new vehicle at Willow Grove and I had a good experience. Bill Marshall was very helpful, great communicator, no nonsense , direct and to the point. Kimberly Dane did the financial work and all the paper work, which was executed properly with no issues. Bob Nicholls followed through on insuring that , I was familiar with all of the features of the car, specifically the electronics. Bob made time on his schedule to come to my home to familiarize me on all of the features of the SUV.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Just an awesome experience purchasing a car and getting out of leasing, to continue on my journey of retiring in the Spring. Like most people buying a car is a big financial decision to make and like most people afraid of salesmen, but there was never any pressure from the staff specially my salesman Jobin Grandstrom from Videon Chevrolet. First time purchasing a car on my own at this location. Found it through car gurus after a couple filtered searches. A little out of the way being 2 hours, but was worth a shot stopping in to check out the car. Although the (used) car looked a little rough when I got there by the end of the week it looked brand new. They did a great job cleaning it inside and out getting it ready. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable especially Matt. Nothing felt forced. Very good experience. Highly recommended!
Volt fixed as promised ,but this was the Forth time it had to be fixed same issue with not charging.
