I just finished buying my third car from Broadway motors. Without a doubt this has been the best experience for buying cars I have ever had. I bought my first car at 20 years old and I’m now 65. I’ve got one more son that wants to replacehis current car. When that time comes I will have absolutely no hesitation to contact Jerry at Broadway motors. Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I take my utility sports vehicle to Alpine Buick on a regular basis because of the outstanding service provided by the Quick Oil Lube Department. I also receive the same type of service from the repairs department, if my vehicle requires repair. Great job, technicians!
Stephen was very accommodating and helpful when helping my purchase my first vehicle. He took my budget into consideration, showed me all the options and found another option when one fell through. He was extremely responsive through text/email and was able to meet me at the dealership on his day off. He let me sit and think on a few options without pressure to buy. Cameron was very personable from the get go! He was ok with my friends checking out the cat with me and asking their own questions. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to, not like other high pressure fast talking situations I've had before. Even when looking at the prices, he answered all our questions and was not in our face about negotiating. On our first haggle, he quickly was able to get us a deal that was in our exact price range on the first try. This is a good and honest salesman that is just interested in getting you a car for the price you want, no pressure and with a friendly attitude.
I went in with my son to look at outbacks. Nick was great. We traded a Toyota hybrid camray with 100,000 miles. They gave a very fair price for the trade and took a fair amount of money off the window sticker. nick did not try to oversell the car. But we went for the limited edition anyways. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The sales manager Jason McQueen was great also. The closer Tori Houghton was also a pleasure to deal with. Great dealership. Highly recommend
Just wanted to thank Ryan Hall for making the purchase of my daughter's Subaru Crosstrek a wonderful experience. There was absolutely no pressure or hard selling tactics. Ryan was simply a really nice guy who worked with us to make sure we were getting the car and features we wanted at a fair price. When I told him I wasn't going to be able to get a ride to the dealer to pick up the car, he actually offered to drive to my house and pick me up (which he did). It's that type of customer service that will make me go see Ryan at Valley Subaru any time I decide to purchase a Subaru.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
