These guys are friendly, they work hard to make you the best deal possible and they really do take care of you. They know what they are doing here. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a car.

The first time we arrived at the dealership, my family and I met Jorge. He took us around to view different vehicles and explained the differences between the various models/packages. He was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with us during the process.
The next time we went back to the dealership we were assigned to Randy, because Jorge was out unfortunately due to a family emergency. We were welcomed immediately with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. My wife and I were walked through all the options available with an extremely transparent offering. There was absolutely zero pressure in making our decision and we felt very satisfied with our purchase of a new Outback in the color and options we wanted. Randy has a wonderfully positive attitude and exemplifies customer satisfaction with focused individual attention to the greatest importance.

I went to get a car from a McKenna Dealership because of his reputation. His sales force did not disappoint. I felt like I got the car of my dreams within the price I could happily afford. I lease. Part of the appeal was all maintenance and service was included. I thought, "Okay, we'll see!" And I have.

Went here in search of a truck. Was helped out by a wonderful young man who had the truck pulled up front for me when I got there. Took me on a short little test drive and was able to work with me on getting to the payment I was looking for. The paperwork took no time at all compared to some of the other dealerships I had been to. Overall had a great experience here at Fontana Motors and will definitely be back for my next car! Highly recommend this place to anyone that is in the search for nice luxury cars at highly affordable prices!
I was looking for specific features in a Chevy Bolt. They responded very quickly and explained the available discounts clearly. They provided "out the door (OTD)" quotes, which is very helpful so you can compare apples to apples. Unfortunately, they didn't have a car with the add-ons I wanted.
Francisco was very helpful when I wanted to look at the car. He answered all the questions I had. He made sure I was well taken care of and I didn't feel pressured to buy the car when talking to him. Overall very pleasant experience. Would recommend.
My experience there at west coast auto was good but the fact that I have to get a new bulb for my tail light and battery for my remote they should of have to replace that not me other then that very good.
I had a service appointment and was attended promptly by Peter. I didn?t have to wait long for a courtesy car to drive me home while my car was being serviced. Peter kept me updated on the service being done and approximate time it will finish. Then he promptly arranged for a car to pick me up from my house back to the dealer to get my car. Very efficient! All the staff are friendly. My car was washed and clean when I got it. As always, I received Exceptional service from Subaru Sherman Oaks service center.
