We just got our second Subaru from Premier. This is the best dealership anywhere; we drove 3 hours from the north shore of Boston to do business with them. We would not go anywhere else. The process -- from application to picking up the new vehicle -- was a completely positive one.

Didn't want a larger car or SUV. This Legacy Sport holds a lot and rides SO much nicer. Is also quieter than SUV. Price is great for quality of car. Had a Subaru Legacy previously and drove it over 200,000 miles.
Yes, I urge you find Parker Pearlstein at Premier Subaru in Branford , Connecticut . I devote his adroit negotiable of straight talk. He talks in business with you and us too. I like to see him again on this year. No blunt or No bluff among. Parker makes it straight out when you have finance complications. I tell you come finding Parker Pearlstein when you need a car. Before I went there, I got frustration that two dealers ignored me twice . I myself find Parker Pearlstein so I explained Parker about my frustration. Parker and I talk in our business . I feel better so I am ready to get a Subaru car on this year.
I came in knowing what I wanted and Marc should me a car that matched. He added on some requested minor fixes and a few not so minor. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. It was a pleasure.

We have only had the car for a short while, but we love it. It is equipped with everything on it, and it is a joy to drive. Roomy and comfortable. Terrific trunk space you can get all your luggage in it with no problem. Feels solid and safe while driving long distances.
Great place just sales individuals tend to lie a lot and give false information. They sell cars with accidents and claim it is still good

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
A special thanks to Bobbi for all of the time she spent with me, I’m so excited to be driving my new Subaru! Everyone was friendly and the process was super easy. I even got to drive my car home that same day!

I use to own a 1994 Subaru Legacy but lost it in a car accident. The car was totaled but all passengers were in fact! Safety is priority in these vehicles . After 18 years I was able to buy another Legacy. They are beautifully made, safe, reliable, and stylish! What more can you ask for?!?

I was recommened to check out this dealership, Steve specifically, by my coworker who had a great experience and I am glad he did. Steve was incredibly down to earth, approachable, and did his best to make me feel comfortable. I was in no way preassured to make any decisions or jump into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I then meet Lisa in finnancing who was a pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeble. Overall my experience could not have been better and I would recommend Steve and Lisa to anyone who is looking for a Subaru.

Headline says it all. The EyeSight system isn't superior to anything else I've seen. The infotainment system is the worst I've ever seen or used in a car - constantly freezes or glitches. The AWD is amazing.
The entire staff was great, they all made the experience enjoyable and stress free. This is my second car with Schaller and will continue to come back for my next.

The streering assist takes some getting used to. Also the smart cruise control again needs time to get used to. Lane assist is also another safety feature that can startle you a little till you get used to it. The vehicle it’s self seems well made and solid. I haven’t got enough time in it yet to really comment on the reliability.
Everyone was great! Vincent was a wonderful sales person and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

I would give this car a much higher rating but for one FATAL flaw--adults cannot fit in the back seat. the sides slope so far in where they meet the roof that no adult of any significant height can sit back there. my daughter is only 5'10" but her head hits the roof in back unless she tilts her head toward the middle. such a STUPID mistake. i wish i had test driven it with someone in the back seat. i would NOT have bought it. now it's only good for two adults in front and children in back.
Knew what i wanted and Sarah made it happen. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. A great buying experience, everything was explained in detail. I would highly recommend this dealership.

This car is a great car for comfort, style, safety and reliability. The ride is smooth and the gas millage is good around the town or on the highway.
We had a calm, hassle free experience with Jacob. We plan to purchase a new car in the near future and will definitely work with Jacob.

This new Legacy Sport is what you need! Styling to look better than what you've seen on the roads. All wheel drive to get you anywhere in any weather. The interior in the Sport level is very detail minded. Colors, accents, fit and feel. I would tell anyone who's thinking about one, go try it. You'll buy it.
The process from start to finish was quick and simple. I received all the information I needed in one day to make a decision on my purchase. I’m glad I went to premier Subaru in Watertown. The staff is friendly and they let me bring my dog inside. Which was awesome. They provided me with answers to every question I had. I highly recommend them.
Andi did an awesome job of patiently demonstrating all the features of our new car. She clearly understands how to concisely describe all of the new technology, answered all of our questions, and was able to ensure we were not overwhelmed!
Very pleased with my experience all the way from internet department to sales to finance to picking up the car and being shown it???s features. I always do extensive research before making any major purchases. I shopped at multiple dealerships and premier was the best.
The people there were very helpful and none of them were pushy like they are at other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want. They were also very accommodating when I needed a ride there to pick up my vehicle.
We recently leased a 2019 Forrester and had a very positive experience, having been taken care of by Parker Pearlstein. Parker is new to the auto industry and was very open about this when we first met him, during our initial visit to the dealer. But he was very friendly and very customer focused. Any question we asked that he did not readily know the answer to, he did his research and got back to us in a timely manner. Parker was a large reason why we decided to lease with Premier.
